It seems like this trampoline has had several different brands and owners over the years. As of 2024, it is Sky Zone, and we had a wonderful experience. It is very pricey $28+ per kid for under 2 hours of play. We opted for a membership, which is no contract and includes the required no-skid socks. This park was well-maintained and clean with workers roaming and assisting guests. My kiddos loved the numerous foam pits, the swing, and the slide. They even have foam basketball courts(was hard to locate balls), normal trampoline spots and a playground area for the toddlers and littles. We ended up canceling our membership because we simply live too far to make almost $90 for three kids worth it. It was somewhat challenging to find the membership area on their website and you have to request cancellation with no immediate confirmation that it goes through/is approved. We weren't notified of the successful cancellation until the day that our monthly membership would have been charged on our credit card the following month. Wish there were a slightly easier and more streamlined cancellation process, but that's likely an intentional challenge? read more

Really excited to not give sky zone my business anymore after throwing a VIP party here and trying to use our free birthday passes and being told they no longer accept them. The right thing to do if they wanted to phase them out would have been to stop giving the passes out while continuing to accept the ones that had already been given. Poor customer service. read more

I'm not a happy customer. We were invited to a birthday party and we received passes for a free jump session. One of my 5 kids was looking forward to coming and finally using the passes for his own birthday after his birthday party had to be postponed. It was supposed to be a way to make his birthday special. We talked about getting a membership. Then we arrived to find out that Skyzone will not honor the passes. How exactly are people defrauding a single-use pass that's surrendered upon use? It's a scam. People buy a birthday party, give out these passes, and then suckers like us get in the door and face paying full price or disappointed kids. Bait and switch. And you don't even have the integrity to offer any kind of promotion or discount to make up for it. I paid the fee even though we really couldn't afford it right now, because my kid doesn't deserve a second disappointment on his birthday. But we will NOT be back. read more

We have been to Defy a few times before. This is a great place for kids and adults to get a lot of activity and have a lot of fun. Today's visit was on a school holiday so it was the most crowded we've ever seen it and there was still plenty of things to do but certain activities had a wait. Plus, kids. LOTS of kids. There are employees at various areas but kids can run around from one thing to another which creates a constant safety concern. There are no ropes or boundaries between most trampolines. And there is always the issue of kids cutting lines and and running around out of control. I knew today would be busy so I easily purchased tickets in advance online. I picked my date and time. There is an "Observer" option for those not jumping but want to be on the floor with the kids. (You can wear your shoes and do not need socks.) You can also purchase the socks when getting online tickets. A confirmation email was sent with the waiver link. When you arrive there are lines to purchase tickets, online tickets and members. This was convenient because we didn't need to wait in the long line to buy tickets. Our kids are ten and six and they had a great time. read more

This place has the worst management of any jump park I have ever taken my kids to, two boys that were older, jumped my son and his friend and started attacking them. My boys fought back and tried to get away and other teenage boys had to come and break up the fight as my boys were trying to run away. management came over and kicked us all out, even though they had it on video that my boys were being attacked. Management said it is their policy to kick you out even if you're the one that is attacked regardless I will never go back there not safe for any child. read more

For Christmas, I gave my kids a coupon book. One of the coupons is for a one-on-one date night. So when my youngest son wanted to use it, I looked up activities hoping to find something we don't typically do. Defy came up and I hadn't been here in a number of years but I'm really glad we did! My son and I had a blast jumping and going through the relay/obstacle areas. We stayed busy the full 90 minutes and I really like that there are different areas to go to mix it up a bit. There are 3 obstacle areas with things you have to jump on and over, ropes to climb, etc. There's also a basketball hoop, various ball pits, a big slide, dodgeball cage, swings and more. My son kept telling me this was the most fun he's had in awhile. I also had a blast so this is great for kids AND adults. Some areas have employees monitoring them but just like taking your kid to a playground, it's your responsibility to keep an eye on your children. I say this because I saw several reviews with low ratings where people complained about the employees not paying close attention to their children. The employees we encountered were friendly--one woman even struck up a conversation with me and my son when he was wanting to go down the slide but was a little intimidated at first because it is pretty steep. So we didn't have any issue with the staff. After my other son saw pictures of our time here, he is wanting me to take him. So we will be back and I'll be honest, I'm really looking forward to it! :) read more

We had a great experience at this trampoline park. It was very organized and structured with Covid procedures guideline enforced. Hand sanitizer stations were throughout the facility. The staff was friendly! The check in process goes faster if the waiver is completed prior to arriving. Your temperature is taken and you HAVE to purchase grip sock. You are able to bring them back when you visit again. There are special morning hours designated for kids 6 and under. Which was nice! We were the only people in there. read more

My kids love this place. It's a fantastic idea for a city with rain and winter. So much to do, from wall climbing to basketball and dodgeball AND all on trampolines. It's a clean place although when it's really crowded on a rainy day it DOES smell like feet. There are awesome couches all around to keep an eye on your kids too. We've been there for other kid's birthday parties too. The rooms are clean and sparse. I'd say -1 Star for only having crappy Dominos pizza, but I'm sure it helps them keep the Birthday costs down. read more

Not sure what has happened at Defy, but it appears that they've really gone downhill. My wife took my daughter and two friends a couple weeks ago. It was a Monday night, which might be a slow night for them. In any event, she said there were very few staff and those who were there didn't seem too interested in their jobs. My wife couldn't find her credit card the next day, so I called in hopes that it had shown up there. I called 5 times and was never able to get a person on the phone. I left 3 voicemails and they were never returned. I emailed corporate and they never got back to me. We won't be going back. read more

Good luck trying to cancel your membership! The only way to go about doing it is via email to which I wrote 2. The automated reply emails BOTH said that once they receive and review your request, they will send a reply email with a conf of cancellation. I was charged two times and am expecting them to attempt to charge me again. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER for customers to speak with a live person. I've contacted the better business bureau and intend to live stream the whole process including speaking to the employees who have unfortunately agreed that they get multiple complaints- most of them are teens who don't have much experience but they, in the least have been apologetic. Has potential, but poorly managed. If you like it when teenaged crew members casually watch children wrap aerial silks around their necks and jump out over the foam pits, then you'll enjoy it. After my sister witnessed a child nearly hang herself in this manner, she told the only competent crew member, who was in charge of managing the entrance and exit from the play area. Babies get mowed over. Kids cut regularly in front of other kids who wait patiently and then give up because the teens who are supposed to be manning posts are hanging out in the middle chatting to each other. No one was manning the trapeze, and I ended up as a volunteer because a child was trying to get the trapeze with the hook-on-a-pole and nearly fell into the pit from that height WITH the pole in hand. No wonder there are 7+ segments of the waiver to click Accept on. They are determined to not be held accountable for their staff not doing their jobs. read more

Initially, I was excited to go to a trampoline park I was unfamiliar with. Upon entering the park I was greeted with awesome employees at the front. Once going into the jumping area I was eager to try all the activities available. One by one I was having fun exploring, until I reached the basketball court. The two boys working at the basketball court were listening to AirPods and not working at all. Once I started playing the two would take the ball every time and score constantly. For paying $28 dollars I was enraged. I did not pay to watch employees play and dunk all over little kids. Once during the game the ball went flying and drilled a poor mother in the skull. The only pro to this is that your children will burn energy. There is a clear lack of management here and the employees are all teens themselves. Don't order a snack or food because you will have to ask for it at least three times. Do t take your eyes of your kids because the employees are talking to each other not watching the assigned area. For every customer that jumps at our facility from 6-9pm every Wednesday. They donate a jump rope to an underprivileged child in a developing country. J4J is our Way to Give Back. My son loves going to Jump Jam each week. He has a lot of fun doing ,Ninja Obstacle Course, Extreme Dodgeball, Air Dunk , Slackline, Trapeze, Foam Pits. No signage in the front to tell you to fill out the safety waiver BEFORE standing in line to pay. Sign in process is confusing and needs better signage and organization, several people were cutting line. Needs more seating for spectators. Price is steep! This review is from the perspective of a mom with young kid(s). You can totally take your 2 and 3 year olds...provided you are ok with signing a waiver right off the bat, take your kids on a weekday morning early (not a holiday!), and are not a germaphobe. I jumped with my son for $10 and had as much fun if not more. A great workout and there are several "stations" (basketball, foam pit, trapeze, climbing wall) so you aren't bouncing the entire time. An hour was plenty! We were all sweaty by the end. Staff was friendly and supervised everything - they even came over when they heard a kid crying. She was only crying over a ball, but they wanted to make sure no one got hurt. Only thing: I was a bit skeeved out about having to prance around barefooted. I didn't want to buy the special grippy socks, so that was the alternative. You apparently cannot bring your own socks. They have to come from JumpJam. Definitely a lot of germs swimming around in there, but that's expected with any playground or gym. I got over it after hearing my son squealing in the foam pit. Another reviewer mentioned the feet smell, but I think they have done a good job to mask it. It smelled like Fabreeze to me! This place is awesome!! You walk in and you have to fill out a waiver saying if you hurt yourself, their not responsible. You then can purchase socks for $2.00 ankle socks or $5.00 for the high top socks. They have alot of trampolines in here with basketball a foam pit you can just jump in!! The restrooms were dirty. Well that was a flippin' good time! Jump Jam exceeded my expectations, which were ready pretty high, due to my husbands enthusiasm for this new venture. Prior to our visit, and the grand opening, he had been practically stalking them on the Internet, exclaiming "This is going to be the best work out ever!" He was right. 30 minutes into our one hour flight pass, we were covered in sweat and laughing. JumpJam has hour & 1.5 hour flight passes. I felt thoroughly exhausted after 30 minutes, but still had fun for the rest of my hour. We went on a school day, so most of the patrons were small children and parents, as well as some college age kids. I am pretty sure we were the only 30-somethings sans kids, but we felt comfortable. My favorite thing was the trampoline lined and foam block filled pit you can springboard into. Climbers can also practice walking a slack line over one of the pits. The best way to keep up to date on happenings is via their Facebook page. It seems that a Ninja Obstacle course will open soon. Have small kids? Weekdays from 9-10 am are $8 a child under 6, with one parents bouncing free. I am looking forward to the grown up trampoline exercise classes. read more
