Romantic, moody, dreamy, emotional, and a little cinematic. Looking through our gallery now, I genuinely don't know how they managed to capture it all so perfectly. Beyond the photos themselves, they made the entire experience so much fun. My husband and I aren't professional models by any means ;D but Max, Cath, and their team (their videographer) made us feel so comfortable the entire day. They were constantly hyping us up, making us laugh, and helping us feel confident in front of the camera. They were incredibly patient, kind, and positive from start to finish, which made such a difference on a day that can feel overwhelming at times. And honestly, the photos speak for themselves. Once I checked in they told me their system was down and it would be several weeks to get a photo, I was fine with this as it was hard enough getting there and I just wanted to get the photo. I was told there was one family ahead of me, and then we waited and waited and by the time 2:00 rolled around I had to say something. I asked Karla how much longer and she rudely responded with "the longer I talk to you the longer you are going to wait" I should have walked out at this point, but decided to wait.
