I visited his office on Michigan St. recently (7/3/17) for issues with my vocal stamina as well as recurring headaches. When I arrived, I had come unprepared as I had left information they had requested at home. (Derp.) The wonderful lady at the front desk was very polite with me and made phone calls to gather the information. I can only imagine how annoying people like myself must be when they forget EVERYTHING, however, she never blinked and eye and I was back to see Dr. Lehman in no time. The nurse who assisted with Dr. Lehman was extremely nice as was the doctor. I felt like they both listened to my issues and asked detailed questions. I was also very impressed with the questions about my recurring headaches. I have spoken with two other doctors prior who brushed these weekly episodes off as allergies/sinus issues. Luckily, Dr. Lehman ordered a CT scan of the area the headaches keep affecting so we can see what is going on inside this head of mine. Someone took me seriously! Thank you! Seriously, thank YOU. As with the vocal issues, I was sent to see a vocal therapist in the building during the same appointment who did a scope and found my problem which is a polyp. Again, wow! One appointment and I know why my voice is strained. I love it! He even showed me a few techniques to utilize in order to help this issue as it heals. I have a couple of follow up appointments with Dr. Lehman and his staff in the coming months and I'm happy to go. Yes, HAPPY to go. I felt respected and validated with my concerns with the first visit. I wish all doctors treated their patients so well. I feel like one of the "lucky ones!"

The Medical Assistant was very caring and paid close attention making sure to address my concerns to my Provider. My first impression was a lasting one. I have since retuned, and have seen PA Bibi Hussain, PA Melissa Ramos and just recently PA Nour Safa. These ladies are Best of the Best in what they do. Because of them and their great passion and expertise, I am on my way to having a many more symptom free days and much less restless nights . They are my Dream Team for care.

The appointment started before my scheduled time. The office and medical staff were all very friendly and supportive. Dr. Cox was awesome. He understands my issue and has set me referred me to services that may help. I am glad I chose this path for help with my medical issue. Also, there was no charge for the initial appointment at this time they will bill after the insurance company pays. All and all I received quality care from them and would recommend for your ENT care.

It worked for 3 days, then the nosebleed came back. I had to go back again, and he performed the same procedure. So now I got 2 bills for the 2 visits and I don't like it. If he is a good doctor, he would not have to do twice to fix a simple problem. Imagine we have to visit a doctor twice for every single procedure we have to do. Not recommended at all!

When I call to get an appointment they said they would email me the forms that I needed in order to be seen by the doctor which they did. The quality of the forms look like something that have been photocopied hundreds of times and each new copy was made off of a photocopy of the one before it leading into a very low quality sheet for me to fill out. Some of the pages were difficult to read. When I got to the office I noticed that it was very out-of-date. Most of the furniture looked portable and like it came from Ikea. You can see from the two attached photos that the equipment looks pretty aged as does the waiting room. The staff was friendly enough but it seemed like the doctor did not listen to my concerns as much as tell me what he thought the issue was. I don't think I will be back to this office and we'll be finding a new ear nose and throat doctor. My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what you expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special and a 5 means you were blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing and a 1-star rating is terrible

I had to come here to pick up the hearing aids that were ordered on my first visit after I underwent a very extensive hearing test. I was very comfortable and happy with the care that I received and on this occasion I went through an extensive if quick process of understanding how to use the new devices. I go back again in a couple of weeks to go over how they have been performing And to check the fit of them. The office staff has been very friendly and when I've had to contact them they've done an excellent job. Scheduling appointments was extremely easy and the service has been exemplary.

He said he was going to order a CT scan of his sinuses and also allergy tests but to wait to schedule the allergy tests until after the CT results. We have been waiting for someone to call to schedule the CT and have not been contacted. I have contacted the office FIVE times for assistance and have still not been helped with this. The first time he called, the week after his appointment, he was told to wait for the imaging office to call him. He called to follow up a couple days later and left a message for the office but his call was not returned. The following week I tried to call, actually managed to speak to someone who informed me that a CT was never ordered and left a message for a nurse to call me but my call was not returned. I called again today, left a message for the nurse line ad my call has not been returned. I tried again this time pressing "2" for a call back and am still waiting. This is too bad because we both really did like Dr. Debnath and he very much seem like he was going to be able to help my son solve his issues but so far the experience with the office has been horrendous!
