My wife and I started looking at homes in The Valley and asked my cousin if she knew anyone who could help. She immediately referred us to the Chernov Team and we called to schedule an appointment. From the very start we found a townhouse in Tarzana that we thought would be great for our family and Greg got us an appointment to view the property immediately! ...then the bidding wars began and as first time home buyers we had no idea what was happening in this "Sellers" market until we were in it. That first property we put an offer on, which of course we felt was a great offer, we did not get (as we were out bid by $50K).
