The insurance did not cover it , they did a slight adjustment but now I am stuck with this huge bill. The boot should be no more than $50, $75!!! I can find them online ANYWHERE for that price. $350 is insane. SO, please do yourself a favor and do not visit Dr. Cisco's office. They will rip you off!!!!!! It was causing her extreme pain and discomfort. In her mental state it's often hard to explain to her that it was going to take time to get her an appointment. I called everyone in Gainesville and Dahlonega area explaining her problems and that we were afraid that it was going to become blood poisoning soon. Not one office could find time to help us in under 1 to 2 weeks! I was given their name and I called, explained what was going on and I was told that no matter what, they would take care of her toe the next morning! Mom doesn't always understand what's going on but he took the time to try to explain what he was doing and really put her at ease. Dr. Gruen had her toe done with little discomfort for Mom and in no time we were done. A very patient man with great patience with the elderly! Thank you sir!

She doesn't make me feel panicked about any of my conditions; instead she calmly tends to them. She takes her time with me and makes sure that I understand every procedure that will be ensuing. The bottom line is that my feet feel so much better! I love the gentle way that she simply gives me the options to buy into suggestions through her input as well as my own. I would recommend Dr. Malone, without hesitation, and without exception, as a superior Padiatrist with whom one can expect the results she will deliver. Because of my history with so many other podiatrists, I have a basis for comparison, and Dr. Malone is truly the best I have seen! On another note, her office is calm, (I like the jazz Classics as well as the classical music), appropriately staffed, and completely professional. They make you jump through hoops and book far out. But I called Dr. Malone's office and it was so easy and simple to get the appointment. Got in to see her quick too. She listened and didn't rush me.
