Went shopping for wallpaper for our nursery my husband and I are currently decorating and getting together, and we had a wonderful experience here at Gregory's Paint & Flooring/Benjamin Moore. I was worried at first that they wouldn't have many options for wallpaper, but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and saw they have over 30 wallpaper books to look through. The staff was so helpful when we mentioned we were looking for something floral, and made sure we had bookmarks to use to help when deciding between books. They also helped pull a few books they thought could have what we were looking for. When it came down to ordering, the process was super simple and took less than 5 min to get the order in and pay. The wallpaper arrived to the store within a week, and I was notified by phone when it was ready for pick up. They are out of business. I don't understood why Gregory's has not informed the public. I drove by twice during business hours. It was dark, half empty and locked. Both phone numbers are disconnected. I emailed a long time former employee and she confirmed this. Also, while at a Suwanee flooring store, I asked had they heard anything. She said a Gregory's employee came by looking for work and confirmed the closure was very sudden. Gregory's was my go to place for decades. I'm so disappointed. read more

We just bought our first house, and it needed new paint and carpet. After consulting Yelp, I called Rebecca. She came to our home a few days later and was super helpful in choosing colors, types, and amounts of paint. She also made suggestions on flooring and gave us some general renovation and decorating ideas, as well as giving us referrals to local painters. It was so helpful to have someone who knew what they were doing but totally listened to what we liked and wanted, too. We also worked with Kate at Gregory's, and she was equally helpful, easy to work with, and quick to respond. We're very pleased with our fresh and updated first floor, and we'll definitely be going back to Gregory's when we're ready to paint the basement and exterior. read more

Kate was such a big help picking out colors for my living room/dining room and the rest of the downstairs. She helped with putting together a sample kit and was very patient. We worked with Kate at Gregory's in Cumming. She was very helpful with all aspects of our hardwood floor installation. Kate came out and took the measurements while explaining the whole process. Regardless of location, Johns Creek or Cumming, the team members have been helpful, friendly and are extremely knowledgeable. I have yet to stump them!!! After several years of using box store quality paints, we've changed to Benjamin Moore and will not go back. The consistency, color quality, performance, cleaning - incredible difference in quality. For consulting services, Rebecca has provided color consults on a few projects and has a very keen eye that balances the latest color trends with your current furniture palette. I have fallen back in love with my home despite some less than ideal past furniture purchases. I highly recommend her if you are on the fence about color choices. A few months ago, we decided to paint our daughter's room the same color as the showroom that her big girl bed came from and found out it was a Benjamin Moore paint. Had passed Gregory's dozens of times and went to get the paint. Bought the 2 gallons and went home. Just needed the last gallon to finish about half the room for the second coat and about a wall later, discovered the color was noticeably different than the first can. Lots of hours down the drain, right? Went to see owner and although we all agreed that everything was done right, both gallons mixed at the same time using same formula. Gregory's immediately offered to mix us 2 new gallons at no charge. When we lamented the time already invested and time it would take to repaint again, to our delight and surprise, he also offered to pay to have a pro come out and take car of the issue. The NEXT DAY, we had our daughters room painted and it looks terrific! Gregory's earned our loyalty and we have been back since for other projects. Above and beyond seems rare these days.
