First things first, I sincerely appreciated that when I walked into the store to buy paint, a clerk…read morewas kind enough to inform me that there would be a 40% off sale if I waited to come back in a few days. That's a significant savings, especially if I were to take her advice and buy the $50 gallon paints, which I wasn't about to do -- but still. When I returned and confirmed that indeed there was a 40% sale going on, I selected my colors and explained that I needed 3 gallons of Ovation, two in satin and one in semi-gloss. The clerk (a different one this time) happily mixed my paint and proceeded to ring me up. When he announced the total, I told him that it seemed on the high side. He looked at the register slash computer and then told me that the sale did not extend to the Ovation paint, i.e. the cheap paint. I did some quick math in my head and determined that at 40% off, I could have selected a higher quality paint and paid only slightly more than I would have paid for non-discounted cheap paint. Granted, I found it a bit gimmicky that the clerk would wait until after I had asked about the sale and after he had mixed the paint to tell me about the exception to the rule, but no matter. I said, "In that case, I might need you to mix that in a different base," and I turned around to go make another choice. He was quick to suggest another option. "Let me see if I can make this work," he said. Already, I appreciated his business sense. He fumbled through some barcoded coupons and managed to ring me up for 40% off. Then I showed him my $10-off purchase of $50 or more. This flustered him, but again he compromised by saying he wouldn't charge me for one of the gallons. At this point, I had stopped trying to keep up with the math and accepted his offer as a sensible compromise. Admittedly, at this point, I would have gladly walked away and rated this place 5 stars. But then I went home and painted. Here's where the disappointment comes in. I don't mean I was disappointed with my painting. A guy who opts for the cheapest paint choice is content with his own mediocre painting skills. It's just that after I was two days into the project, it was obvious the paint labeled semi-gloss wasn't semi-gloss. Not only was it not semi-gloss, but I still look at the paint and think it's flatter than the satin sheen paint I ordered. Maybe the cheapest paint makes for an unpredictable base. I don't know. It was the right color but the wrong finish. Now my trim is flatter than the walls. Like I said, my painting skills are subpar and I don't foresee getting out a ladder and brushes and whatnot. I'll deal with it, but I'm still disappointed. All in all, very friendly staff that tries to be accommodating. Just be mindful of what you walk out of the store with. In the meantime, I've unsubscribed from the numerous emails the company sends out once you join their rewards program. Probably will go back to Home Depot or Lowe's after this.

I attempted to cancel and get a refund. They refused. When I insisted, they said I could cancel and they'd refund 40% of my order. In other words, extremely slow service, indifferent customer support people (who are not US-based, if that matters to you), and they wanted 60% of the purchase price to cancel the order. This is insane. Please consider other vendors. I decided to pony up for the brand-name cover. It will arrive in 3 days. Covers & All have a nice website that implies trustworthiness and professionalism. It is a shiny coat of paint on a lemon.

Lots of negative reviews with similar problems online (including complaints about being blocked from reviewing on website or negative reviews being removed from website). I was a bit confused at first as to the process, but one of the team members took the time to explain the process quickly and it all made sense. They offer a long sheet of paper that allows you to choose produce in single-serving sizes, prepared packages and more. The offerings seem to vary based on the day, but the offering for the day included over two dozen options! I was tempted to go overboard but ended up going with: a single-serving size of bell peppers (which = 2 huge peppers), a single-serving size of mini cucumbers (5 in a bag) and a 5-variety fruit bag where I chose: peaches, cherries, kiwis, pink lady apples and barlett pears. In total I spent $32 with tax and WOW - did I get my moneys worth. The produce was plentiful, delicious and high-quality. I was so excited to get home to eat them and find different ways to use them. This is truly a wonderful pop-up to support and now that I know where and when to find them, you can bet that I'll be relying on them for my produce needs!

This market has tons of items and things and anything you could think of for the most part. If you are feeling steak or Caribbean food then this is your spot to go to. If you just want some French fries or some oxtail then this is going to be a great place for it as well. There's a myriad of different stalls that you can buy food at that are ready. There's also places that you can actually buy fresh meat and seafood to cook at home. If you're trying to figure out where to go for some steaks or some oxtails or shrimp, you should check this out for sure. So overall I would say this is definitely a spot you should for sure try if you're trying to try some new dishes or if you want to buy some food to make at home. If you're trying to find something that's similar to an Asian market, for example, something off Buford Highway, this would be a good spot to check out. Picking up a couple of steaks and some shrimp is easy work for a spot like this. I actually would probably go for a holiday situation to where I was buying meat to put on the grill. I had a gun with Krylon camo paint that I wanted to have stripped and finished with an anodized flat black. After a google search, I came across Zach, 2nd Caliber. Not only did he strip my gun and used Cerakote, an anti corrasion finish that would last and not be susceptible to scratches; Zach went above and beyond. Some of the screws on the gun were gummed up from the original paint job and Zach, paying attention to detail, removed the screws and ordered new replacement screws for a flawless finish. The overall finished product was phenomenal!! Zach was very professional and worked around my schedule as I live over an hour away to make it easier for my commute with less traffic on a Saturday morning. I would highly recommend Zach at 2nd Caliber.

I had just did a trade-in a couple days earlier at Lowes and used the tank about 30 minutes on low while I sat out back to enjoy a cigar and a glass of bourbon. So since I would do the same on New Years, I wanted to simply top off the tank. The tank was still at least 3/4 full. I carried the tank to the front and the guy told me to leave the tank up front and they would take it back to be filled. While I waited 3 other people came in to fill their tanks. Now, I am used to how the East Point Hardware operates as they allow you to see them fill the tank and then they write down the amount of propane filled and you simply take it to the register and pay and then pull your car up to grab the tank as they do not allow tanks in the store due to it being a fire hazard. When (she) manager brough my tank and receipt it read full price for a full refill. I knew this was impossible as the tank was barely used. I asked her to show me the amount placed in the tank and she simply said it was a full refill. When I told her this was impossible, she stated all of the tanks she received were full refills. I asked again, how could a tank that was 3/4 full need a full refill (price)? She could not even look me in the face when she said this as I knew she was not telling the truth even after questioning this a few times with her. Unfortunately, I bet this has happened to a lot of customers that did not pay attention to their receipt as it looks like this location will charge you for a full refill no matter how much propane is in the tank at the time of receiving for refill. This is truly an unscrupulous way to do business. Not everyone waits until their tanks are completely empty before getting refills. I am not sure if this is the manager's business practice or if she was trained to do it this way. Either way, it's not good!! Overcharging for propane refills I guess is an easy way to additionally get additional profit from customers. I am all for making sure a business makes their profit margins on their products, services etc, but do it ETHICALLY! By the way, the 2 young high school looking guys at the front of the store were very friendly.
