When he arrived, he pointed out that the new set I bought would allow him to make a duplicate key so I could use the same key on knob and deadbold. He told me to buy a different brand at Home Depot and he would come back in a few hours. He came back, fixed the doorknob, made us a new set of keys and didn't charge me for two service calls.
