We paid over $2,400 for a new system about three years ago and unfortunately we lost power in Lutz for about a week. When I called to have the programming check they wanted to charge $75 just to check the settings. When I called back to schedule the appointment, the price jumped to $125 just two days later. After spending all that money on a new system we felt this was wrong especially due to the situation with the storms. I called the manufacturer who helped me reset the timer in 5 minutes for no charge. We don't feel this is how you treat long time customers.

I am extremely disappointed with the way Rainkings handled a recent interaction with my grandparents. My grandparents are seniors, and despite a clearly posted NO SOLICITING sign and multiple verbal refusals from my grandmother, three sales representatives continued their pitch and obtained a signature from my grandfather after she had already said no repeatedly. This felt highly inappropriate and predatory. I am their legal Power of Attorney and was never contacted or consulted. When I called to request that the contract be voided and asked for written confirmation, I was met with resistance and dismissive behavior. One of the representatives, Gil, focused more on trying to keep the sale than addressing my request, even stating he was "busy" when I asked again for documentation confirming cancellation. That response was unacceptable and unprofessional. The sales pitch did not align with the signed contract, and the proposed pricing was higher than their existing water purification agreement. This situation left me feeling ignored, disrespected, and concerned that my grandparents were taken advantage of. I am HOT! If this contract is not voided and confirmed in writing immediately by this company I will be escalating this matter further. I do not play about my grandparents and senior citizens!! Companies working in senior communities should operate with integrity, respect boundaries, and honor clear refusals.

We were in a time crunch around the holidays and Joe came out on Thanksgiving morning to give us a quote as we wanted a new water treatment system before our new Washer was set to be installed which was delivering right before Christmas, so we could start with great water with our new appliance. Joe was very knowledgeable and provided extremely thorough explanations, patiently answered questions both when he came out and in follow-up when I called with additional questions, and didn't try to upsell or push me to items that weren't needed. He provided options on placement of the unit and combinations of filtration options to best suite my family's needs at a really reasonable and fair price. Jeremiah came to install our system and was fantastic! He installed our unit quickly and again answered all my questions. He even went above and beyond by helping us clear the French drain that ran between our house and our neighbor, which had been buried by overgrown grass tufts and was clogged with grass that had grown in the drain head. This allowed us to have the softener unit drain the water out into that drain instead of having to run the line back to other side of our house. We ordered a new 3-in-1 RO faucet that was delayed in delivery, and he patiently came back out at a later date once it delivered, to complete our install of the RO system in our Kitchen. He also identified a leak and broken seal on the draining side of our Kitchen sink. I kept seeing moisture in the couple weeks prior but was not sure if or where there was a leak. He provided what part we needed and showed my husband how easy it was to replace. My husband went and got the part and replaced it the same day. Our water quality and softness is just right not overly soapy/silky feeling (which I was concerned about feeling like I couldn't rinse the soap off) but it is just the right softness and we felt the difference immediately and have been very happy with the unit. We are just starting to use the RO today and so far its great! I'm really happy to cut down on bottled water for cooking, drinking etc. There were no hidden fees or charges, and WSF had the best service. We did our due diligence and compared a couple other quotes we received from "top rated" companies, and also look into rental options like Culligan. We went with WSF because of their knowledge, transparency, and ability to meet all our needs at a great price with great customer service, from the 1st call and along every step of the way. The provided a much better investment than renting, and they left us feeling very confident in their knowledge and skill. I even recommended them to my parents who also have a softener and filter but are thinking about adding RO in the kitchen in the future. This has been nothing less than a positive experience with a job very well done! I highly recommend to anyone to come here to meet any water solution needs with expert service!
