He recommended we change out the digital meter and switch to an analog one. We weren't sure how that would fix our water problem but for $200, we did it. Greg and his employees assured us he has 30 years of experience in the business so he knows. Turns out he didn't really know because it didn't much fix our water. The softener is less than 5 years old. We continued to have brown water and then cloudy. After asking Greg's to come back out and assess our cloudy water, he suggested we either buy a new system from him for $1800 or replace the minerals in it for $400. We were told those were our only options. We also opted to have Greg and his company handle our salt replenishment since we figured he would also take care of our system too. That's if he could get the schedule right to show up to fill the salt. We never knew when he was showing up and if the salt was actually being replenished. We live on a property with multiple other homes he also services. Instead of refilling our salt along with all the other homes, we were left without salt in our system for at least a couple weeks. When we called and asked, we were told they were behind and could get to us in 3 days. Not grouping multiple houses on the same property together for service just shows lack of common sense. In the end, we dropped the service, which was really just a convenience and I can refill my own salt. He didn't really fix our system or maintain it. He just tried to sell us stuff and up-charged on salt. You can take your chances but they will likely try to sell you things you may not need and the salt replenishment is a hit or miss.

This system provides me with soft water for the entire house. I get it serviced once a year for optimum performance.
