Upon getting there I am told they can get me a better loan rate via their Credit Union at Tinker. I accept it thinking they are doing what's best for their customer. After signing all the paperwork and getting the "you're good to go" speech and drove away in the truck. Three days later I get a call around 4 from the dealership telling me "The credit union won't endorse the sale". This was strange to me as I have a 780 credit score and had been pre-approved by Navy Federal for up to 81k at only a 0.4% difference. The dealer then offers me to either increase the loan rate from 5% to 11% and keep all my additional warranty extensions OR drop them all and keep the original 5%. For those that don't know this is a sign of Yo-Yo car selling and should be avoided at all costs. Luckily I got ahold of Navy Federal and had them send me a PRE-APPROVED CHECK for the required amount. After bringing them the check and signing / taking pictures of it in front of them (thank god I did this), I resigned the sales documents and had the sales rep call Navy Fed to get a verification code (he didn't want to do this but I wouldn't sign otherwise). Finally, I believed this nightmare was over...NOPE. Fast forward to today, June 26th, when two dudes with a braincell fighting for 5th place show up to my door. I am at work at the time but my mom was over so she had the displeasure of answering the door. They claim that the check bounced, that this had happened twice now, and that if it isn't fixed they would be reporting the truck stolen. So...a PRE-APPROVED check bounced...first time for everything I guess Unfortunately for them they were the ones in the wrong. After calling Navy Fed they confirmed that these 5 IQ kids had tried to cash the check without signing or indorsing it. I can't wait to see how bad they screw it up trying to request the check back. Honestly, It's a wonder that these dudes stay open. If you want the 3 stooges of banking, go to Harry Robinson Sallisaw Ford. If you want to buy a vehicle from responsible adults, go anywhere else.

These guys are a joke! They took advantage of me and my disability. Where do I begin? Well, I…read morebrought my 96 for in to these guys on a personal recommendation. They charged me well over $8,000 for doing a solid axle swap(Not done properly), change the rear leafs with airbags (not done properly). First time I left the shop they didn't feel the need to put the trac bar in, once installed, it was NO WHERE CLOSE to the angel of my drag link. They were supposed to do a drop pitman arm, which they didn't do. They half assed my truck to say the LEAST. The spring rate for my front springs wasn't even close. I reached out to Dewayne for help, he could care less about any of the issues we were having. We had to have him come get the truck, take it back to the shop. Once there, they drained the batteries and charged me for a new starter (which I didnt need it was just the solenoid which my brother and I (I'm disabled from a work related injury) had to change in their parking lot. They are parts changers AT BEST. I am having to fix the airbags on my truck with the help of a friend because on page 6 of the install manual it clearly states that "the airlift airbags will be damaged if mounted more than 5-8". They were mounted at 11"!!!! So my truck rode like absolute CRAP. Do you think they cared? Nope they would do nothing to rectify the situation at all. Dewayne nickel and dimmed me the entire process and when it came time to pay, he was always willing to accept money for tasks that they didn't even complete. The entire experience was nothing but trouble. I also paid them to rebuild my front axle (Dana 60 out of a 95 F350). I took it to another shop because it still didn't ride right. There was a ton of bump steer in it and the front rode like a sea saw. The new shop I took it to had to refigure the entire geometry of the front end because they didn't install the reverse shackle kit (also purchased through Sky Manufacturing). They had to change the ball joints (upper and lower) they had to change the entire drag link (which I also paid scumbag Dewayne to do). The brakes also needed changed which I paid him for also. Overall it was a personal reference from my brother (which was a friend of Dewayne). I would NEVER take another vehicle here even to check air pressure. They don't care, they don't read directions and they don't care about how their work is. AND I always took hand fulls of cash for him. Never once would they try and rectify the situation. I bought all quality moog parts and had EVERYTHING needed for the axle swap. These fools are parts changers, maybe. I would never take ANYTHING here again. So beware, if you are bringing your vehicle here, you are probably going to get a sub par job for a premium price.

BEWARE of Phoenix Ave Tire & Auto!!…read more Worst Experience-Zero Accountability & now a Destroyed Engine ​I brought my Gen 3 Prius to Phoenix Ave Tire specifically because they claim to specialize in hybrids. Knowing these models are notorious for head gasket failures, I wanted to fix a rough startup early to prevent engine damage. ​After charging $1,390+ for an EGR cooler replacement, spark plugs, and coils, the knocking returned immediately. They repeatedly assured me the head gasket was not the issue. Their advice for the knocking? Colton told me to take it on the interstate in Power Mode and floor it to "burn off carbon." When the knocking continued, he told me to do it again. Days later, the temp light came on, the engine overheated, and--surprise--the head gasket was blown. ​To make matters worse, I discovered they used a Dorman EGR cooler that didn't fit properly, forcing it on by stacking 5 copper washers and damaging my engine block threads in the process. Along with coolant splattered all over the place from being careless and just ripping off hoses to get done as quick as possible. ​When I confronted them, Tyler Casteel (the owner) gave me bizarre doctor analogies instead of accountability. They misdiagnosed a textbook hybrid issue, forced ill-fitting parts onto my car, gave destructive advice to floor a failing engine, and blew my head gasket. Avoid this shop at all costs!
