First, Stacy's communication was wonderful. They came for a walk-through to set a price and I appreciated her asking questions about what I liked and wanted. While they were here they worked on everything from top to bottom. Did they miss things that I noticed later, yes, but nothing important and not everyone sees things the same way! I have had to let go a few people in the past because my husband is much more critical than I am. He didn't like things being moved on a shelf and not put back the same way. Jeez. Waaaay more critical - I just loved a clean home! But, with Stacy and Cori, he walked in that night and just said it looked great! I was so relieved!! Used my high end kitchen cutlery to clear a drain then put the knife back in the block like it hadn't just been used on slime and grime. Didn't clear pet hair out of the sliding door tracks (probably because they broke the vacuum cleaner). I paid a premium for bad service and damaged equipment. For 11 "man hours" I was billed $625. I don't expect to pay over $50/hour for maid service and for that premium price, I absolutely do expect perfection. My wife was told it would be $425 so somehow between that and her sending me the bill it got jacked up $200. I let the owner know and received no reply. I would pass on this company and find someone responsible, responsive and priced fairly.
