Subsequently, they sent out the installer person to look, who said that Pam had a frequent problem with this exact issue. Pam then assured me in a couple phone calls that the blinds would be repaired/replaced. She then refused to answer 10+ phone calls over six months. Now, my credit card company is needing to reverse their charges as inappropriate merchant activity. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. THEIR WORD and GUARANTEE IS WORTHLESS.

Over those 3+ years I have nothing but praise for both Gregg Duke, owner, and the Hunter Douglas products. About 18 months ago I had an issue where the cord that allows the blind to slide along the track became detached. I phoned Spring Crest at that time and within 48 hours Gregg responded and repaired it, no charge. As for the blind itself, it has operated smoothly and flawlessly the entire time I have had it. The folds in the fabric are still crisp allowing the blind to retract without bunching. The fabric looks as new as it did the day it was installed. I highly recommend Spring Crest and Hunter Douglas Products.

I had Corey come out for a quote, very reasonable, and scheduled the repairs. They were out yesterday and quickly removed the old stairs and replaced them with new ones. Then they scraped the porch ceiling, taped and mudded it, and painted it. While waiting for the mud and paint to dry they went next door and did some painting for my Dad. They arrived on time and completed all the work in one day and also did an excellent job cleaning up the porch when they were done. I look forward to having them do future home repairs for me. Work was divided into two parts, tile removal to accommodate new kitchen cabinets (one day) then carpet/old flooring/baseboard removal, leveling, install Tarkett ProGen in the entire house and all the finish work that really makes things look great. Thomas did an excellent job with the estimate and detailed scope of work (SOW). Two days after install it rained and our lanai leaked. Water all over the new floor. Not one bit of damage! Just a $1500.00 repair bill for the roof, ouch. We are very happy with our choice of East Coast and the floor product. Note: I do not believe that ProGen is a DIY type product due to it's rigid warranty requirements.
