The restaurant is small and was packed at 2pm. We waited for about 15 mins for a table. We were supplied English menus and there were some wonderful options. They charged us 10 CHF per music session, we were there for 2 music sessions. I don't mind the charge but I wish they let us know beforehand that there was a charge for music. Must-get: croque madam or croque monsieur Don't get: savory crepes but the sweet ones are better When to go: find out from their website when there will be live music playing! Other tips: the crepes were kind of soggy. I usually prefer it to be crispier since there's usually fruit, chocolate, cheese or something else to make it soft. So, if you don't want it to be too soft, ask them to crisp up the crepe more.

Never before I've enjoyed a cappuccino like that. Still till now, I didn't find any other places in Zurich who was close to this perfection. Aside the fantastic Cappuccino, at Bei Babette, you can taste really nice sweet crepes, Galette, good bread and various breakfast combinations. The atmosphere is also quite interesting. It feels very frenchy, I guess it's normal since it's considered to be a french restaurant :-) It's also possible to seat outside when the weather allows it. Price wise it's a bit pricey and the service varies from very good to average, I guess it depends on the mood of the staff. The street where Bei Babette is located is really nice if you can appreciate architecture! There are beautiful old buildings which were quite well maintained and or renovated. Bei Babette can be easily accessed with Tram 2 or 3 via tram stop Lochergut. Normally I would give Bei Babette 4 stars but just because of their Cappuccino, I'm rating them with 5 stars!

Luckily, Crép 'Stub location was ideal. It has a quaint little sitting area and the selection is varied. Big menu overwhelms me but this is crepe so you either know what you want or you look at every single item. FYI: their menu is in francais, deutsch and english. We opted for ham & cheese and banana flambéed with grand marnier. Their savory crepe had a different batter than the sweet crepe. Flavor wise it was adequate. One wish I had was to mix the two.
