I was just caught off guard that I was blocked and had no way to get a hold of someone to where I had to end up coming to the establishment, which is really unprofessional because you're supposed to let someone know if you don't want to take them as clients anymore not make them come to your establishment to find out also another thing that I'm very frustrated and disappointed about is that the owner was trying to falsely accuse me of writing a review that I never wrote about her business .She blames me which doesn't make sense because like I've said earlier when I went to go talk to her about figuring out what the situation was I was nothing but polite, respectful, and apologetic. I would never do such a malicious thing to this business. I think they do a great service. I'm just not ok with how she handled the situation. but the point of this so-called review that was created and apparently this person that so-called created a review made a review about another business that I had no idea about and she contacted them and told them that I wrote the review which is harassment and is against the law and I was in shocked that this person with no proof just randomly is contacting other businesses trying to blame me at fault for something that I had nothing to do with it got to the point to where she kept texting me and I had to ask her politely to stop harassing me because I was tired of being accused of something that I would never do.
