Baines is the BEST for kids! We won't go anywhere else since finding them! Our hygienist was so patient and kind, had Bluey ready to go for my 3 and 6 year old daughters and explained everything directly to my girls before doing it and made sure they were happy and comfortable. She even allowed my 3 year old to sit up and ask questions and waited until she was comfortable and ready again to continue cleaning. My oldest even sat through X-rays which were so easy with their portable machine. Both the hygienist and dentist are knowledgeable and ask about whole health -sleeping, eating, thumb sucking, mouth breathing etc and have noninvasive early intervention techniques available. I didn't feel pressured to buy or use anything we didn't need and trust their assessments. Our hygienist even gave my 6 year old some tips and tricks for pulling her first couple teeth that are barely hanging on. We were referred to Dr. Baines office for our three year old's cross bite and thumb sucking. I was so impressed with the thoroughness of the staff. I left feeling like I had a good grasp of a plan for our daughter, things that I could implement immediately, and a follow-up appointment for when she's a bit older. Most importantly, my daughter was completely comfortable. I immediately knew I was 8n good hands. They knew exactly what was going on and had a lot of knowledge about my situation. I was not a number and the visit was not rushed. I had a problem with the joints and muscles in my face. A CT scan was done in the office and I was able to see the results immediately.
