One year and 3 treatments later, after following all instructions perfectly in addition to going above and beyond to be sure I was doing my part, my nail situation is worse, not one bit better. I was assured the entire time that I just needed to continue following instructions and scheduling appointments. No results. Now they're refusing a refund, stating that it's just a written guarantee that it works, meaning they'll continue treating at "no cost". I'd rather get that whopping $500 back for this bogus treatment then continue playing this game. Now I have to take Lamisil and risk my liver, or just live with this problem forever. Don't waste your money. I'm very disappointed.

My girl had to glaze my hair 3x because it was not getting dark enough. I walked out with no caramel, no auburn and no definition. I spent nearly $183.00 for this service. I called and told them how unsatisfied I was. The next day when I washed my hair - nearly all the glaze washed out and I looked like Ronald McDonald - a nice orange. In all fairness, they offered to correct the color and stated they would put more glaze on it. I told them glaze was not going to get the results I wanted and had consulted 3 other hairstylists who stated glaze was not the answer. I needed a FULL HIGHLIGHT with low lights added as well. There was no other discussion or consultation with a stylist other than who was at the front desk - I was just relayed messages through the Front Desk.
