It changed without communication to one cleaner and four hours. The cleaner mixed all the trash, recycling, and composting (contamination), which could have caused a huge fine in New York City. It doesn't seem as if there was training. Some items were thrown out without consultation, and papers were reorganized to the point where I couldn't find a receipt. I want to remove the dust off from the surfaces of my apartment so I could move it after the service. They knew it is post construction service and the charged extra for it. Before the cleaning, they ask me for steps so they could reach the higher places. I went to buy it immediately for them. Again, it's newly renovated so my apartment is empty. Lack of necessary equipment. They have no cleaning supply with them. They were just using water!? After the cleaning, my apartment still very dusty. When I was inspecting how they did, they rushing me saying they have another appointment. And they leave a bag of garbage in the house. Customer service is very good. Quick reply and answer. Still waiting for the solution of this situation. *Situation update* So, their reply is quick. However, they didn't want to take any responsibility of what they did not provided. They said they will give me refund unless I remove this review. That's why they have so many good reviews but only a few bad review. I am not happy with this answer because people should know what kind of services you could provide. So, I decided not to take the refund and leave this review here so everyone can see this. I mentioned they charged me extra $80 for post construction service. And without anything done for what I requested. " still very dusty everywhere" , they offered me $40 refund but I must remove this review. Telling me that they already give me a discount. The discount is with condition that I could pay by cash. I should not pay after what they've done. Their cleaning service for me is waste of money because nothing is done. You will end up hiring other company or you have to do it by yourself just like me.
