This review is long over due and in all honesty I don't know where to start.... I had used this…read moreestablishment for my sons soccer team in the past. They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price and very quickly, everyone love all the work done.... But here's why this review was really deserved...I recently lost my a family member, it was a very sudden death, very devastating to us all... and all at a time where some milestone events were happening as well. I called the owner, explained what had happened and ask if they would be able to embroider something for me, one item, a custom design with name but I also needed it the same day in less then 2 hours.. He told me, bring it in let's see what we can do, and that he would have one machine waiting for me. I told him my daughter was graduating college that weekend and the sash the school had made, they forgot to add something to it, he said no problem, it can be done quickly. Now while that was being done, I asked if he can custom design a butterfly flying away and name under it as a memorabilia to honor my cousin on my daughter gown as she walks on stage to get her degree so my cousin may be walking along side her together. He didn't hesitate. He quickly got on his computer made a few designs, worked with colors and sizing till he felt it was perfect. The work and design was very tedious, he dropped everything he was doing put everything on hold and started designing. After the designing process he took us to the back to choose colors, helped steer us in the right direction to have the butterfly come out perfect. He then asked where we wanted to put it and suggested it be on the left arm as it is closer to the heart, we agreed. It look so beautiful, just like my cousin. I then thanked him so much and asked how much do I owe him. I knew it would be a lot of $$$, as it was a rush rush rush custom design order but I didn't care, it's was lot that he did it in such a short amount of time. What he said and did after honestly shocked me, it shook me so much I just started to crying, tears just would not stop. He told me it would cost nothing, just a prayer and to have my daughter wear it proudly, he said how can I put a price on something with so much meaning behind it, just wear it proudly and remember me in your prayers. I thanked him again and left there in tears...to know someone could be so caring and kind during such a difficult time. If you need anything done, this is the place to go. They do amazing work and they are super kind, caring and compassionate. God will reward them for all their acts of kindest. Let me start by saying that this company used to be awesome. I got some great hats from them back…read morein 2016ish for my one station and also a hat for another station that I worked at. Both were great and quality was good. I moved stations and wanted to order hats for this company and got a big order together and placed it. The order was placed on November 19th, 2020. Our order shipped November 25th, 2020. Awesome!! Although when they arrived, all the hats and beanies had the same deficiency. I don't know if they have a QA or not but this one slipped past. I contacted them November 27th, 2020 and notified them of this and they were very apologetic. The company stated that they would make an entire new batch and send them out to us. Hats were finally received today January 19th, 2021 and they were not much better in the quality of work. I'm giving them a 1 star because of the poor communication and not so great product. I say poor communications because over the 50.... yes 50 day waiting period to receive the new hats, I was told many times that it was just finishing up in embroidery and/or it would shipped out shortly. Finally a few days before they shipped I called and asked where the hats were and was told they just finished up and would be shipped. They also told me that since I was such a great customer and that I was so patient that they were sending some cool "swag" and incentive items as a thank you. Upon receiving the still poor quality items, no "swag" or incentive items were found in the box.... must still be getting embroidered. I'm very displeased and will not be recommending or buying from again. **UPDATE** 01/26/2021 I spoke with Susan Scott recently about the interaction that took place with our transaction. They were very apologetic and open to my suggestions and concerns about it. They listened to me and I also listen to them and the issues that they had. I Have raised my stars back up because I hope that this was just a bump in the road.

Reached out to get DTF printing done on 6 shirts. For 2 straight days I was told to "call back in…read morean hour" every single time I followed up. I kept calling, kept following up, and after all that back and forth they stopped responding completely and ghosted me. Never got my order done, never got a straight answer, just wasted my time. If you need something done same day or even same week, don't count on this place. Poor communication and zero follow through . Bad business practice for sure
