Ok first off, if I could give no stars I would have. My experience was not a good one. There is a…read morereal lack of professionalism when dealing with the staff. I wanted 5 custom tee-shirts made. I was told they would be ready on a Wednesday. I paid for the tee-shirts in full and I requested to leave my name and phone number which I was asked to write on the back of a sheet of printer paper. On Wednesday I called to make sure the shirts were ready, they were NOT! When I asked why I wasn't called to let me know why my order (that was paid in full )was not ready I got nothing. I was giving a bunch of excesses. I asked to be compensated for my time and I was given the run around. When I called on Thursday, to make sure my shirts were ready, I was once again given an attitude. After a brief argument, the employee stated that I had two choices to either refund my entire order $200.00 or I take a 40.00 gift card to their store. I had asked for a refund for one shirt to compensate my time. When I went to pick up the shirts the manager was no where to be found. I was not given the gift card or even an apology. This place lacks real professionalism. If you're looking to order custom tee-shirts I suggest you go somewhere else.

I have a hockey jersey that I wanted embroidered with my main man NY Rangers goalie extraordinare #30 Henrik Lundqvist put on. For starters the 2 men that I dealt with were strictly business. No small talk, no smile just what do you need, this is the price, should be ready by this date and I'll give you a call when it's ready. The price I paid to have the jersey embroidered was not cheap, but honestly it came out really nice! The stitching and alignment of the letters and numbers were spot on! The jersey was ready in 3 days. The reason they are getting 3 stars is because of the "This is Strictly business" attitude with their customers. They weren't mean or nasty but cracking a smile and engaging in small talk just makes good business sense. I don't know call me old fashioned, but I was always taught "you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar!" I would still go back because the workmanship is solid and you get what you paid for. After taking my photos they were printed in less than a 5 minute turnaround time and the gentleman showed me the final results for my seal of a approval. Photos came out perfect and he packed them in a very cute envelope for safe keeping. It's a $20 minimum if you want to pay with card so cash was the best option for me.
