I've ridden on benches nailed on the back of a flatbed truck in Ecuador. Never have a sat in a seat so uncomfortable. Never an issue, sometimes the WiFi doesn't work to well otherwise. Good for me. The driver stop for 10 minute breaks.

I'm taking a greyhound bus from Mcallen to Houston. 2nd time I ride in a greyhound. In the website, it states the bus has AC/ wifi/ and various extra features. AC doesn't work. I'm on bus number 856. It's super old, vent ceiling fabric is torn off and dangling from the ceiling, it's hot in here. I estimate the temp is 78-79-80 ish. Last time I ride on this crappy bus line. read more

Incredibly rude staff. As I hopped off the bus I was in to hop on to another, a worker there told me I needed to get a tag for my baggage. I went to the desk and asked this young lady who already had a stinky attitude. She treated me so horribly that she immediately attacked me just because my ID did not match the name of my bus ticket. I remained calm and explained that it was bought under my boyfriend's debit card. She told another young lady that worked there about it & proceeded to tell me that they couldn't do anything about it. I could tell she did not want to help me. Then she told me I would have to pay up 20 dollars cash to get it changed so I pulled out my wallet and handed her the money that she did not want to take and continued to nag at me about the bus ticket. I felt totally helpless with the way she was treating me, I didn't know what to do anymore. Then the bus driver comes by and asks the lady why she was acting the way she was towards me that he told her to calm down. I think he felt sorry for me and told her to let it slide if they want to continue to have more customers. He then admitted it was his fault for not checking the name that was on my bus ticket before I got on the bus that he was driving. He then told her to let me have a tag and she was not willing to so he was kind enough to just give me one himself for my baggage. I did not deserve to be treated in such way. That young lady needs an attitude readjustment and should learn how to treat customers better or quit her job if she hates dealing with people. Maybe if she went to school and had a better job she wouldn't be so miserable about the one she's in. read more

The Greyhound bus lines customer service sucks. I purchased a ticket for my son and after I paid , I realized it had my name on it so I contacted customer service and asked if they could change the name on the ticket and they told me I had to purchase another ticket and could not get a refund. They were very rude and disrespectful. I asked them what good is it if my name is on the ticket and it is for my son. How hard is it to change the name. I had just bought the ticket within 5 minutes when I realized the mistake. It was their website that messed it up. She said I could speak to the bus driver, ok I asked for the drivers name and she doesn't have it. I asked her then how was I suppose to talk to him then. STUPID ASS CUSTOMER SERVICE UGH!!!! read more

Ok its a bus station. Granted, it isn't supposed to look that great. But in comparison with stations like Phoenix and San Antonio, this one sucks. The TV is off, the ATM is broken, and the restrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in Weeks. The lockers here are all broken. On the plus, there are some vending machines with drinks and they sell snacks at the counter. But at the end of the day, the negatives outweigh the positives. Greyhound seriously needs to put work into this station. read more

Worst greyhound station I've seen to date. I can't say I've ever been traded so poorly before from the unkept restrooms to the unnecessarily rude employees. My bus was scheduled to leave at 12:15 and we're all on the bus with no word at 12:45. On the plus side however, it is getting me from point A to point B. Which is why it earned its one star. read more

My aunt took the greyhound bus back to her current residence in Kansas City, MO. What can you expect at a bus station? When I walk in, I expected it to be just as I thought it would be. It smelled, look, felt and sounded like a bus station. The employee that helped us was very rude and was obviously upset by the way he acted. The buses however turned out to look quiet nicer than I had expected. Personally, for me, I'd rather rent a car and drive myself back to KC if I had to. Overall, I give this place 2 stars. I just don't like places such as this one! read more
