So they were over an hour late picking me up. Missed my flight. I have taken taxis all around the world. Some in Asia some in Europe. More states and cities then I have time to list. This is by far the worse operation on the planet. Call an Uber a Lyft walk do what ever you have to to avoid using this company. They had reservations for me the day prior. They knew they didn't have a driver hours Defoe's my pick up. When I called and spoke to them they told me it was going to be a few min. An hour later sill no driver. Missed flight. I am a nurse at a a local assisted living, this was a terrible experience, we set up transportation weeks in advance for a wheelchair transport, dropped off ALMOST on time, was told to call for pick up, I called for pick up and was told 30-40 minute, called after an hour and was told we had already been picked up, was given an approx time of additional 30 minute, nope.. called 4 times and received horrible attitude from the dispatc, multiple excuses, was hung up on. while my diabetic resident had to sit and literally wait for more than 2 hours, ended up having employees from our facility pick us up in a car, We will NEVER use this service again! Since you can't get any lower than 1 star this will have to do. Called for a cab. Was told it would be right over. Called back nearly 30 minutes later to inquire where it was. Was directed to their "automated service" that required me to send text messages to ask questions. One of which was "status". When I texted "status" the message said a cab would be dispatched as soon as one was available. I called American Taxi and had a ride in less than 5 minutes. If you don't want to pick me up, or don't have a car available, then say so. You had my number. You could have easily called me to tell me you would be delayed. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service to set up cab service. I called 1 month weeks ago 2 days prior to schedule a wheelchair transportation and was advised to call back within 2 to 1 hr before I needed transportation on the day service was needed. When I did call the day of the needed service, I was told I didn't call early enough in advance to schedule the service and they had no service available for me. I now need service again and called 2 days before the service was needed and now told i need to call 1 hr before the transportation in needed but if I don't call early enough I they are booked I can't get service. What the H--L is that, Don't use them they have terrible service all the time. read more

I called a day ahead for a pickup to be in time for a very important/crucial appointment. The dispatcher said no problem, the driver would call me when they were in the area. The next morning, about three minutes before I was due to be picked up, I called to check to see if they were on their way, or maybe a few minutes late. The dispatcher then tells me it will be at least two hours; he can't do anything about it; he's sorry and hangs up. That's rotten service, and gross negligence. They are the worst. Every single time I call I have to wait over an hour. This last time I got up at 5:30 in the morning put an order by 5:45 didn't get the order until 7:05 and at 8:38 they finally show up and say they can't take us even though there's enough room. I'll get right to it. The cab itself looked like an episode of Hoarders had been filmed inside and pieces of the car were actually rattling off as we were going to our destination. The driver was pretty sketchy and got lost even though we were going to a major tourist attraction. The one positive was he was at least on time. My advice is to pay a couple of bucks more and call Uber next time you need a lift. read more

I've never used Green-N-Go, but before I moved to CC I used cabs every time I went out (no DUIs for this chick thank you very much). I've used cabs in other cities so often, I had a favorite driver & we knew each other by name. That being said - I was horrified by most of the drivers I've seen running around. Today, I watched a handicapped accessible van pull into the turn lane on Staples near Moore Plaza, haul ass as far as they could go, then cut off another car - very nearly causing an accident. Never used them & after today, absolutely never will. I'll use a DD, or get an Uber. read more

The WORST! I should have paid attention to the Yelp reviews. But they were the cab provider recommended by Coffee Waves, so I went with them. What a nightmare! When I first talked to the dispatcher, she had trouble finding my location -- the very Coffee Waves that had recommended them. But she finally figured it out and put in my reservation. 20 minutes later -- no cab. I called to make sure they'd been able to find the place and asked how long it would be. She said . . . another 20 minutes! Really? I asked. Well, that must have offended her. (Note to unfortunates trapped with this company. Never ask how long it will be.) I waited another 35 before I started walking. Just then a Green and Go cab pulled up . . . for someone else! (And I know they hadn't been waiting as long!) I asked if there was another cab coming for me. The (very nice) cabbie mentioned my name to the dispatcher. No, no cab for someone with my name. Could he pick me up anyway? Sure. After dealing with the other fare. Luckily the other fare was short. The cab was clean and the cab driver very nice. It was a pleasant ride. But I told the guy that he could tell his dispatcher -- in rather graphic terms -- what she could do with herself. Honestly! With my experience and the others, it's absurd that this company should be able to remain in business, much less be recommended by Coffee Waves or the Executive Surf Club. If they're recommended to you, run! Or walk. Either way, it will be quicker. read more

I exclusively use Green-N-Go ADA cabs, having given up on B-line buses a long time ago. The ADA drivers are courteous, knowledgeable, and caring. They always take the time to make sure my power wheelchair is secure. I wish they were available 24/7, but I'm happy with their service. read more

I called last night for a cab this morning, they could not tell me how long it would take from where i was located to the airport so I reserved for 9 am, i asked about fare & if i could use cc. was told it was a fixed fare and could use cc. 8:30 am i received a call requiring i send cc authorization form. They would not send cab without it. Internet was not working, i asked if I could pay so they could send a cab - no. they finally called back and said they would send 1 45 min late I made it a couple of min before boarding. I highly recommend not using the cab! read more

Horrible experience. Filed a complaint with the BBB, may press charges. Here's why. First they were an hour late to pick me up. My phone fell out of my pocket in the cab, which I realized immediately as I waked into my hotel. I called them less than 5 min after I got out to see if they could please send the driver back so I could get my phone back as it contains business contacts and sensitive information such as bank account information and credit card numbers. They rudely refused. I asked again very nicely, even going as far as to offer to pay for him to come back. Again they rudely refused, telling me that the drivers drop everything left in the cab in their lost and found. I asked if they could at least call him and let him know a phone was in his car so it doesn't get stolen. Obviously, they did not, here is how I know. I went on Sunday to pick up my phone as my hotel stay was over and I needed to head back to San Antonio as I had to work the following Monday like most people. They said they couldn't help me until Monday because that's when they open the safe. I asked if they could please call somebody who knew how to open it as I couldn't stay another night. They refused to even try to help me. I explained that I tracked my phone on my buddies, which I did, and it led to their address. They rudely said it should be there in the morning. I asked if they could check the cab I was in and they said they couldn't do it. They then threatened to call the police. Assumingly left with no other option, I had to book another hotel room and stay another night. I went Monday at 9 in the morning asking if I could get my phone back, they told me to wait outside in my car as I apparently caused a scene the previous day asking for them to return my property. As I was going outside a cab driver basically tried to threaten me with a fight. Though I could have easily wrecked his face, I decided not to as they have been constantly threatening me by calling the police. Around 10am, as I am patiently waiting in my buddies car for the person to show up, a person pulls up, goes inside for a minute and comes out with what appears to be a wallet . As I am across the parking lot I ask "Are you picking up something you lost?" to which they replied "no." I said, "thank you, nevermind." Well a moment later a big inbred moron comes up to me asking me why I am yelling at customers. I said I wasn't to which he told me to leave their property. I told him I'm not leaving until they look for my phone! When the police showed up, everyone knew how to open the safe, which pissed me off to no end. It wasn't in the safe. I tracked it again to where it was in down town at 8pm the previous night. This pissed me off too because I knew they refused to check the car. The police, who were great by they way, forced them to call the cab back, the only one on the road which I though was funny. This made the self proclaimed CEO angry (I am using that term loosely as I've never seen a CEO's office in a coat closet) I even asked if I could talk to their CFO or COO to which they replied they didn't have one. Anyway, while I was calmly talking to the police explaining my predicament, which they were very sympathetic of, he came storming over to me throwing a fit, which I again though was funny as I was taking away his only small amount of business for the day for that brief time. Not surprisingly, my phone was not in the cab. Which leads me to my complaint. It so happens my girlfriend is a lawyer and after explaining to her the situation, she said that I should file a report. Because they refused to look for my phone or give it back, they basically took control of my property. And because they took my property, they are liable for any damages to my property while it was in their possession. read more

Now that Uber is gone, what other alternative do you have? Its kind of annoying when you call dispatch and they tell you they can't have the driver come at a certain time. You have to be "ready" before they will send someone. The driver added some strange charge that didn't seem legal but I don't think that was the drivers fault, as the company forced him to do it. Our driver was super nice at least. I will definitely use them again because I don't really have another choice. read more

Worst experience ever. Called for a cab Sunday before Memorial Day. They didn't come until maybe close to an hour later. Cab driver came with his windows rolled down blaring some rap music which is really professional. Asked him if they were busy he said "no", so I guess every customer has to wait an hour for a ride. Loaded in and he took off. He asked where we were going, I simply replied " you don't have a GPS?" cause I didn't feel like talking to him because of the wait and him being rude already. For some reason that ticked him off. He started telling me to "Get the F*ck out of my cab!" He told me that about 10 times. I told him drop me back off and he did then started again with the "Get the f*ck out of my cab and shut the f*ck up!" as I wanted to say something to him but he wouldn't let me. I tried calling for a manager the last two days but they are never there maybe that's why this business is so unprofessional. Green n go cabs ran Uber out of Corpus Christi so they can give customers business like this!? DO NOT CALL THIS BUSINESS FOR A CAB RIDE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WAIT AND GET CURSED AT AND THROWN OUT OF "THEIR" CABS! read more

I normally use this service and have had very good experiences until recently. It seems that since they acquired Yellow Cab and have a bit of a monopoly in the area, that the customer service has taken a hit. They are late more often than not (and this is with a reservation!) and most times take more than 45 min to do a pick up (and this is from several different locations in which I have called). My last experience was today. I called at approx. 6/630 in the morning to get a reservation for 7:50. My daughter and I work and attend school less than a 10 min drive away, but I was carrying some heavy things and did not want to walk or take the bus with them. When the cab did not show up at 7:55, I called to check status. I was put on hold for 3 min (at LEAST) and was told that the cab was down the street (no apology). At 8:02, I called again because if it was down the street it should have long been there. I was again put on hold...at 8:06 the cab finally drove up, so I hung up (still on hold btw). When I got into the vehicle, I asked the cab driver what happened and did the ppl who made reservation get priority? He very rudely said "Yes they do, except when unforeseen things happen and we have to be late." I stated that I understood that those things happened however it would have been a common courtesy to call me BEFORE being late or at least right after to let me know that you had an issue. I called over an hour before and was not told that they were busy so I assumed that if I make a 7:50 reservation that someone would be there at 7:50 not 8:06....normally I am a pretty good natured person but the response this cab guy gave me really pissed me off beyond measure! I really just wanted some understanding and an apology THATS ALL, but that I guess was too much to ask. meanwhile I am 15 min late for work and my daughter is late for school because it seemed that since he could tell I was angry he drove extra slow and took the long way! I don't think I will be using Green until they get their customer service upgraded. Half the time I get in there now the cab is disgustingly filthy anyway. They are no longer the only service in town, I would suggest Express Cab, they have fewer cars but they are a better ride and the customer service is MUCH MUCH better! read more

To preface, I download 'yelp' solely for the purpose of sharing my experience with this company. I requested their services last week after I could not drive home due to a preexisting condition and presumably, since I as being picked up from a bar, the woman assumed I was intoxicated. I decided to forego medical attention and seek a service ride home since I could alleviate the situation there. Instead, i was greeted with the rudest cab driver I've ever encountered in any state or city, and she demanded I give her twenty dollars upfront. I assured her I was fine and was having an episode and just needed to get home. I sat quietly with my head down and eyes closed and she kept yelling that I keep my head up. I gave no indication that I was a liability or was going to do anything that would inconvenience her. After a four minute drive of her asking me inappropriate questions, we got a block away from my home where she then demanded I get out of the cab. I asked why and she gave no explanation and continued to demand i leave the vehicle. I've since complained and am still waiting for a supervisor to respond. Not only was I extorted for 20 dollars, I also was demanded to leave the vehicle because she did not want to drive down my block. It's sad that I've been intoxicated in a taxi before and been treated with more respect than I was by this clearly hostile woman during an embarrassing time of compromised health. As a bartender, I would not recommend green and go and would gladly suggest Lyft or Uber. I also don't advocate yelp as a service industry worker as most patrons seek to defame a company after one bad experience, but this is experience was appalling and I've yet to receive any retribution - at least my 20 dollars (which is double the estimated charge it takes for the 2 mile distance between there and my home) read more

If I could I wouldn't even give them one star. I called at 9pm, they answered almost immediately, and I asked for a pick up and stressed the fact that I needed to be picked up asap. They said the driver will be here in about 30 minutes. He apparently got here within about 10 to 15 minutes, and didn't call me to let me know he was here. I found out when the company itself called me to tell me he was outside, and before she could hang up I was outside, and there was no cab. I called back, line busy. I called back again, line busy. Two more times, line busy. That was 5 minutes after I walked outside. They finally called me back, and informed me that they had called the driver and he turned around and should be headed back within about 5 minutes, at this point he would be about 5 to 10 minutes away from my pickup location, so I waited. 10 minutes went by, no cab. I called them up, line busy again; I called another 8 times over the next 15 minutes, and guess what, the line was busy and immediately hung up on me. I finally got in contact with them 35 minutes after he was supposed to have been here and ask to speak with a supervisor, and the person I was on the phone with refused and said to talk to her instead. At this point I was really frustrated, or rather pissed as f**k, and I explained the situation, then hung up. The woman I spoke to offered no help whatsoever. I realized I should have left a note to have the supervisor call me back, so I called again and the line was busy. I called another 6 times, line busy. I pretty much figured they blocked my number, or refuse to answer because I was a threat, a threat to their reputation. This is the most unreliable, unprofessional service I've ever experienced, and from this point on I'm sticking exclusively to yellow cab. read more
