I have talk to this UPS so called delivery man and told him to put ALL packages on my front porch. He told me that legally the door outside the fence is our front door. I explained it never has been & still is NOT and I wanted packages delivered to the porch. Today he dropped them outside the fence. I had to wai for my husband to come home to bring them in. We have a ramp up to the porch so it should not have been a big deal to do as I have instructed.

It contained his birth certificate, cash and Christmas card, clothing and goodies from Hickory Farms. His name and address was big and bold on the package no way you couldn't see it or read it. The employee of this facility was scatterbrained that day. My partner was sending two packages to his kids back east. She made an error on both of their addresses and had to re-print the labels for both of those packages. I Was on my way to a doctors appointment. I was excited about sending off the packages but only to discover that my son's package was delivered to the wrong address.. Here's the best part calling UPS call-center eight times and only told that within the hour UPS would contact me to tell me where my packages and never received one phone call from nobody. And it even gets better, The driver that was delivering my sons package in Nevada handed it to some random woman without asking for verification such as the name on the package or proof that she lived there. Just handed it to her. Now my son has no Christmas and neither do I.Because UPS hired unprofessional drivers and employees and for that reason is why I'm writing this to let the world know how they treat your packages and why they'll come up missing.UPS doesn't care about my feelings they expense or the time of year or the importance of this package as it is to me and my son. I am devastated I will never use UPS again and let's not forget the employee there in Lagrande, Oregon She was the employee that started the snowball rolling so scattered brain that couldn't even enter the proper address when it was big and bold right in front of her eyes. Our packages are precious to us and they should be handled in that manner it makes you wonder why so many packages disappear and they're lost and can't be found well maybe this is your answer.

I hadn't realized that it was missing until I was trying to get ready for the meeting that I needed to have this document for at 8:00 am later that day. I was thrilled when they answered the phone for me, even at the unearthly hour of 1 o'clock in the morning, where Carolyn very professionally scheduled the pick-up with me and when I met up with her driver (whom I believe was Rob the owner) he had not only printed me an extra copy for a backup but also wouldn't hear of any sort of payment for a simple job like this. It may have been a small favor to them, but this was a life saver for myself and I would wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone who is in need of their services. My sister sent me a perishable item via FedEX 2nd day service. The driver has had that package in…read morehis truck for three days and has not delivered my package as of this review. I've called the local FedEX distribution center and they cannot offer a reason why it hasn't been delivered because FedEx is using a third party for their deliveries. FedEx doesn't mind collecting the fees for 2nd day service but they do not provide 2nd day delivery. THAT IS FRUAD....plain and simple. Time to contact the FTC who takes care of FRAUDSTERS! My theory is that these third party delivery people hold packages till they have a full truck and then deliver in a given area thus saving themselves on gas costs. THAT IS FEDEX'S DIRTY LITTLE SECRETE!
