The 118 E Washington Ave in North Little Rock, AR, is non existent any more and cannot find an address for where it is supposed to be located in Little Rock. Person I was supposed to pick up had to hire a Uber driver to bring them to near where the old location in NLR, AR used to be. Cannot find any link, information, etc. for any stop in Little Rock as there is no option on the Greyhound website to find any location information or else it is hidden in the myriad of links that seem to have no connection to any location address. This was my first experience with any Greyhound. The bus was set to leave at about 1am, so we were at the station at about midnight. Greyhound wisely employs a security guard, as the station is in a really, really shady part of town. One of the front doors was broken, and had a bench in front of it. The security guard was hard to get a hold of, but once we got his attention, he let us in. He was on his phone literally the entire time we were waiting--not professional or safe. The bus was running late, so we sat at the station and watched television--nice, flat screened tv with cable. I made the mistake of venturing into the bathroom--absolutely disgusting. It smelled awful, and there was no toilet paper or paper towels to be found. The vending machine prices are absolutely ridiculous--$2 for a CAN of soda, $3 for a pack of Skittles. Since it was so late, there was no ticket agent of any kind on the premises, so I can't comment on the service. One thing that is particularly irritating is that you don't get any information about when the bus is due to arrive if it's late. At an airport or train station, I've always received info about either approximately where the train/plane was or when it was projected to arrive. At Greyhound, you just wait and wait, and then wait some more. There was a young woman also waiting at the station, who had missed her connecting bus due to a late one and had been sitting there for SEVEN hours, waiting on the next bus to wherever she was headed. Luckily, we didn't have to wait nearly that long. Even though the bus was running an hour and a half late, the bus driver still took a 20 minute break upon arriving to Little Rock. He seemed in absolutely no hurry to get to Memphis, although we (and many others, I later discovered) had connections to make. Overall, Greyhound is worth the trip only because it's reasonably cheap. The level of service and professionalism are lacking, and the restroom facilities are far less than decent. read more

Was told I didn't have any common sense because I didn't have a printer at home to print off ticket that I bought using my phone I showed her my ticket that I bought using my phone didn't matter charged me 5 dollars to copy ticket . My bus was supposed to be here at 7:00. It was delayed till 10 and at 10:20 as I type this it's still not here and was just notified it won't be here until 10:50. Now I will miss my lay over bus to get home. The next bus won't come till 5:15 AM! Instead of getting back to Cincinnatti by 12:30 it'll be about 7 in the evening. A 9 hour drive has turned into a 24 hour nightmare! I haven't been home for 3 weeks. I only get a few days off before going back out for work for weeks at a time and don't know when I will get time off again.I won't get this time back with my family. This the first and last time I will use this company. It's in a very sketchy part of town. Completely disgusting! Vending machine prices are outrageous. People are banging on the door to get in but apparently the station is closed until midnight. I'm happy to be locked in due to the area this station is in! Stay Away if possible!!! in the last week This experience is I don't know what to call it. I've used greyhound before same round trip from falls to Little Rock then Little Rock to dallas. Supposed to leave at 620am arrive in dallas at 1 pm. The bus is always late 15-30 mins no big deal. This time the bus had a two hour delay then eventually cancelled with no notification no update nothing. Only way I found out was after waiting til 6 30 just to get an update on the bus and the worker was like yeah it's cancelled and looked at me like "is there anything else?" Wait what? I paid my money for this ticket and moved my schedule around for the bus time with my kids in Little Rock and work In Dallas and all I get is yeah it's cancelled is that all you needed!! I asked so what happens now? Y'all just take my money and not deliver your end of the transaction? He says well do you want the next bus? YES!!! I have to get home and go to work. So he transferred me to a bus that won't arrive until 10:40 4 hrs after my original ticket. I called the customer service because this no communication, unprofessional, and disorganization is unacceptable. Finally got an agent who finally did at least apologize just to say I have to call tomorrow with a reference number because there system takes 24hrs. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER TICKET FROM GREYHOUND!!! after years of riding and trusting them with holding up their end of the agreement of me paying you and you getting me to and from destinations safely and on time based off your own schedule. It's dirty. That's why it is cheap. And that's probably why it is sketch. But if you are looking for a cheap way to escape just hop on a Greyhound. Also, if you don't want to be bothered, try scheduling your trip at night. For my bus ride during the day, a stranger tried to evangelize me. ZERO STARS The ONLY reason im giving 1 star is because, "To submit your review, please select a star rating for this business." Worst travel experience EVER. Employees @ both stations from security, to the desk clerk, to the bus driver were the rudest people ive ever seen, NOBODY EVER smiled -at anyone, & when they did open their mouths, they were yelling -at their own customers! Simple questions like, which door do i go to, or wheres the restroom, just nasty, awful people. The bus to memphis was 2 hours late, the bus from memphis back to little rock left 30 MINUTES EARLY, when it clearly states all over their website to arrive 20 min prior to departure time, which ALL of us were, so all passengers were left behind, stranded in memphis. and the only thing they offered us was another bus ticket leaving the next day-insulting! What idiot would want to use this busline after they abandoned us yelled at us & stole our money?! read more

This company does not care about customers. I have used their service out of necessity and I have regretted it in every instance. I had reserved a ticket from Little Rock to Austin and I did not have time to print it out. I went to talk to the front desk person to explain my situation and he was one of the rudest, most incompetent person I have ever met. And so, even though I could show him a digital copy of my ticket, he just told me "The bus drivers do not like digital tickets". And just like that, I missed my bus and was not refunded.
