I tried to explain my car was in the shop and he cranked up the radio to shut me up..he then turned down the radio and told me he heard all the excuses for needing a cab and he DID NOT want to hear it..i tried to lighten the mood with a joke and he did laugh and then i explained the joke and he got mad saying we should not talk at all .i agreed at this point.his car beeped an alarm about speeding and he started screamed bloody murder he was a cab driver of over 30 yrs and he knew how to drive a cab cause he did it for over 30 yrs and trained drivers..HE DID apologize for the screaming..we got to my destination and I was using my debit card..he got furious and said how MY DEBIT CARD BETTER GO THROUGH.. i told him i had the account for over 10 years and i knew my finances AFTER THAT I WENT THROUGH GUEST LYFT.NICER AND CHEAPER I WILL WORK BEFORE GEORGE

The car rentals were completely out of cars even though I had a reservation. No Ubers or Taxis were to be found. Luckily, the Hampton Inn at McCain Mall recommended me to call Rodney. He arrived in 10 minutes to safely get me to my hotel. He then picked me up the next morning to take me back to the airport to get a rental car. No Cars available. Rodney ended up driving me to Russellville Arkansas for my meeting. I highly recommend using Rodney's services and will definitely be using him again on future trips! Keep up the good job!!

Their local phone number does not answer (267-390-4122), but their toll-free one does (1-877-478-8262) by someone who sounds like they may be in India. Oddly enough, their posted fax number is apparently in a different location (215-701-5852)??? I got an online confirmation, two email confirmations, but no one picked me up. When I called two days before the pickup in Little Rock, AR, I was assured that the dispatcher would call me before I was picked up. I guess that is right, because no one called, and no one came. The pickup was scheduled for 3:10 a.m. for a 5:40 a.m. flight. When I called at 3:20, 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup, the person who answered gave me the dispatcher's local 501 phone number. Though I really thought that Suvana should have handled it, I called. (Yep. Another sign this is not legit.) The man who answered appeared really sleepy as if I had roused him out of bed. BTW, he seemed to be from the local area and said he sometimes subcontracts with Suvana. He later seemed angry and then insisted that he didn't have a reservation from Suvana; that he had four other people to pick up so he could not help me. Hmmmm... first he appears asleep. then he has four others to pick up???? The hotel auditor called a cab for me. I made it to the airport on time, but only barely. It cost $10 more than the shuttle, but I paid gladly. Unfortunately, I was also charged by Suvana, so I disputed the bill with my credit card company. I am also VERY glad I used a virtual one time only use card that is time-limited and can only be used once (It is tied to my REAL credit card) so they can't use it again. I was told I would not be charged, but I was. As previously stated, I don't think that this company is a legitimate company. I think it is possible it is an internet-based scam. They will charge you and never pick you up. I have read reviews in other web sites for various locations, and no one has anything good to say. Their stories seem oddly a lot like mine. Save yourself the trouble. Book a REAL company! These people will rip you off.

They were very unprofessional handling this matter. They represent they can provide a service when in fact they can't. They over promise and under deliver. The call center that serves this company is obviously in india with very poor English speakers on the "other end" who were difficult to understand and ineffective. 1 star is too high a rating.
