She, right there worked on the computer for maybe 5-10 minutes, then explained what she had done, which was returning my laptop to complete functionality and charged me 0$. My touch pad, which I had been using for 5 years wasn't acting right and she gave me one of 2 choices, replace the touch pad which would cost much more than just getting a mouse. I chose the latter. I walked out of the store in 15 minutes with a fully functioning computer and only paying for the mouse, which she took out and made sure I could use it correctly before I left.
