There was an old black-and-white hazardous materials marking from previous use, unrelated to my shipment. I fully understood the concern and was willing to remove it immediately. However, employees Rory and Gracie refused to provide even basic assistance when I asked for scissors. After I explained that the package contained shampoo (not hazardous materials), I was still told they would not accept my shipment even if I removed the old label. I was told the only option was to buy a new FedEx box or place my current box inside another box purchased from them. As a result, I had to go back to my car, spend extra time removing the label myself, and return again -- wasting my time and causing unnecessary stress. What made this worse was the rude and dismissive attitude from Rory and Gracie. This was not a complicated situation, and it could have been handled professionally and respectfully.

One one trip it was a Wi-Fi router and on another trip it was a very heavy little copier. There is no hassle. You take the items into the front of the store and drop them in a gaylord (pallet box). There are also cartons for empty ink cartridges. On my second trip I had a very heavy copier. I went in and asked if they had a two-wheeler I could borrow and without hesitation, the employee said no but use our cart and I'll come help. When we got to the car he did ALL the lifting. Great guy! There's no charge and the only other place to take electronics for recycling is Best Buy which I find less friendly and less convenient. So -- 5 stars for Staples in Wilton!

One of the reasons my mom likes this post office is because they have a noon mail pick-up. But that's because this post office closes at noon; it isn't busy enough to justify being open all day. What I expected was kind of a Like a bland commercial UPS store itself but it was nothing like it! They have all kinds of stationary and office supplies that you can buy, little gifts, locally made produce like jams, jellies, maple syrup, honey and the list goes on! The guys at the counter were super nice, helpful and accommodating! Gosh I love this little hamlet!
