I could bring it up in Google and other maps but I was asked to call back after they contacted their app's IT support. I did and the same thing happened. Out of frustration, they used another address close to mine and said they would add notes with my address for the driver. The pickup was scheduled for 3:00 so the guest of honor would get here by the start of the event at 4:00. To my dismay, the driver showed up at my address around 3:15 for the pickup instead of the address I had provided. When I called to ask what happened, I was told the pickup and drop off addresses had been switched in their system and they had no idea how. So, the guest of honor arrived late to his own party! Given this and the expense of the service, I was very disappointed and would not use or recommend Ride A Wav.

They take such great care of me! From making sure I'm getting the oxygen I need and the wonderful power chair that gets me up the stairs safely and easily. The ambulance is stocked with cold water and even snacks and candy if you like. There's even a tv if you want to watch.
