My living experience at Greystone at Oakland has been nothing short of pleasant. The community is always clean, the staff are always so professional and inviting and the response time and action to reported feedback or events is impeccable. Most notably, recently the owners did a community survey of the living standards for the residents. Like most cases, I never expected to hear anything but to my surprise I received a personally addressed letter in my door that was tailored to my feedback about my living experience as well as an email to confirm our voices were heard along with a a detailed response as to what to expect in regards to changes based on resident response. It was then followed up by a phone call to ensure that I was both informed and pleased. I don't know oany other community who goes to these lengths to please their residents. The facilities are amazing, the amenities are bar none, the staff is so knowledgeable and hospitable and the culture of the community is beyond pleasant! Definitely a diamond in the rough and and they only continue to improve. I'm very happy with my decision and plan to stay as long as I'm a resident in the city!! I've really enjoyed living at Greystone at Oakland. The apartments are spacious, modern, and have a truly luxurious feel -- from the high ceilings and stylish finishes to the open floor plans that make the space feel even bigger. The amenities are top-notch for this area. The Amazon pickup building is super convenient, the gym is clean and well-equipped, and the pool and outdoor grilling area are perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. The property is always well maintained, and the whole place has a quiet, comfortable atmosphere. Overall, it's the nicest apartment community in the Leesburg/Albany area. This apartment complex truly makes you feel like you're living in luxury day in and day out. It was such an upgrade from where we were living previously. I sometimes forget I'm even in Georgia! The amenities are always clean such as the gym that I use and it's never crowded as well as the beautiful pool that is also NEVER crowded. Such an amazing staff as well. They're quick to respond and quick to fix whatever needs fixing. The great thing has been the apartments don't need much fixing either! We have lived here for a little over a year now and just renewed our lease back in November. This is a wonderful apartment community. It is very safe it has gated access. The office staff are simply wonderful, and very easy to not only get a hold of but they are very responsive to your needs. The lawns are well manicured, and the maintenance guys do a great job whenever we need something done, and they are super friendly. It is very quiet and peaceful here and the amenities such as the pool etc. are top class. read more

This is the most beautiful place to live here in Leesburg. The staff is amazingly helpful, supportive, and friendly. The apartments are beautiful on the inside everything is state of the art and the amenities OMG! They are just so amazing. From the pool to the grill to the patio with a TV for entertainment, and the gym area where that too is state of the art.
