Several years ago I had D & R Flooring install wood flooring. Almost immediately there were…read moreproblems. All he ever wanted to try was cheap, quick fixes. I've been told by a couple of people that it was not installed correctly. There wasn't room allowed swelling and expansion. The wood planks were right against the drywall and an expansion board wasn't installed where two main rooms connect. I've been calling for over 9 months now with my calls being ignored and not returned. When I do actually get ahold of Don, it's nothing but excuse after excuse. I'm tired of company tripping over the bulge where the wood planks popped at least 6" above the floor boards. The company owner does not accept responsibility for poor installation and will do anything to avoid fixing it. He even lies and says he didn't know I was trying to get ahold of him. He did, once, stop by to look at the damage and said, "don't worry, it'll go back down". He has not scheduled anyone to come fix it, like it should have been installed in the first place.​
