Moved to the high desert earlier this year and I found this place within my first week of living here and SO glad I did. My husband and I come here every week and it never disappoints. From the amazing hospitable service, to the laid back environment and AMAZING food, this is easily the best pizza restaurant I have ever been to. You also cannot be their Wednesday and Thursday specials (which is why we come every week). Overall, I couldn't recommend Gridiron enough. On our way home to Las Vegas, the kids were craving pizza, so we placed an online order at Gridiron Pizza. We arrived right around the time our pizza was supposed to be ready, but when my husband went inside to pick it up, they said it would be a 10-minute wait. After waiting about 15 minutes without being called, he asked again, and they said 10 minutes... even though 15 minutes had already passed. It turned out they forgot to put our pizza in, but the cashier was apologetic and kind, and eventually, our pizza was ready after another short wait. They even gave us zucchini fries on the house as a little compensation, which was a sweet touch. While waiting with the kids in the car, I decided to step inside to stretch their legs and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the place is! There's plenty of seating, a small arcade, and a bar area, making it a fun spot to hang out. Back in the car, the pizza itself was hot and cooked well, though a little oily for my taste. The bread was incredibly soft, unlike any pizza I've had before, which was a nice touch. The zucchini fries were fried perfectly with a really nice, crispy batter. Overall, a solid experience with friendly staff and tasty food. The wait hiccup kept me from giving 5 stars, but they handled it well and the food more than made up for it. We came here for a bday party for my little cousin in Victorville it was her 16th bday! I live pizza and was very excited to try it out. I was pleased to read "Coldest beer in town" my family and I came from Moreno Valley, it was worth the drive. Nothing like family time, and with great pizza, wings, great service cant go wrong. I tried boneless wings and they were crispy, so flavorful and had lots of meat it reminded me of tangerine chicken texture g or some reason but really good. The pizza ordered was the thin cut pepperoni which was tasty even though it was thin. My tio ordered a jalapeño cheese normal cut and omg the amount of the cheese was sooo perfect.
