My Husband and I tried this pizza place last weekend and we just had to have it again! It's absolutely delicious. My husband can be picky when it comes to wings (not in pictures) but Valentinos pizza wings have become his favorite along with their pizza and garlic cheese bread. The marinara sauce is always packed with flavor. When I picked up my pizza and wings last weekend the service was great staff was very polite and attentive. They were very busy that night, parking lot was full and I still managed to receive my pizza and wings in a timely fashion. This will definitely be our go to spot for when we're craving delicious food. read more

Her attention was on the handling of money and micro managing her two workers. My Christmas Eve dinner. Delicious!! What a tasty pizza. A Supreme and Pepperoni and olives. They were cooked perfectly like i enjoy. I really don't like the over toasted crust that some places serve. My crust was cooked to a golden brown, it was soft AND crunchy, it also had a unique sweetness to it. Both pizzas has the right amount of sauce and topping were right on!! I know this is a very popular pizza place and i found out why. The Spicy Garmic Parmesan chicken wings were also delicious. I recently moved to Oak Hills and thought I'd give Valentinos a try. The first time there was a delay in receiving my order but I figured they were busy. I placed an order for delivery on 6/30 and it took over 2 1/2 hours to get delivered, after reaching out twice! Not only was the delivery late but the order was incorrect....UGH! I called to speak with the manager "Jay Jay" only to be told he was not available. I requested a call back and as of today, no return call. To get stared! This is one of the best pizza joints I have ever eaten at. The pizza, Buffalo wings and sandwiches are FANTASTIC. They have these ITALIAN SANDWICHES that taste GREAT! It was my first time going to Valentino's and I was super excited to get a heart-shaped pizza for Valentine's Day. I placed the order a few days in advance to be picked up at 4:30 pm on Valentine's Day. They still had me wait 40 minutes and when I checked my pizza at the counter, it was NOT heart-shaped :( I asked how long it would take to remake it and they looked at each other and said "a while". I had overheard that wait times had reached up to 2 hours. I decided to just take the pizza home but I was very disappointed because the whole point was to get a heart-shaped pizza for me and my boyfriend to share. To top it off, their garlic bread literally had no garlic on it. It was just bread with Parmesan cheese on it, and no garlic. It was also very dry. I ordered my food at 6:10. It said 30 minutes and took an hour. I asked for utensils and paper plates and they were forgotten. One of my pizzas was supposed to be cheese and half pepperoni (paid for an added topping) and they only put it on half of the pizza. I won't be coming back. I hate to do this, but I have to detail this horrible experience I had. I called today, on Valentines Day, at 5:50pm to order a heart-shaped pizza. It's literally the first thing I asked when I called. She said it would be a 2 hour wait. Between asking about toppings, sizes, and prices, I must've reiterated it about 3 times that I wanted it for a HEART PIZZA. She kept giggling after every sentence and sounded like she was in outer space. I placed the order along with some wings. As I hung up, I told myself, "This girl is high as a kite." It was just obvious. I went to kill time, and they called me about 40 mins early as I was shopping. I rushed over because I wanted the pizza as fresh as possible. I arrived at about 7:40, paid for my pizza and wings. Didn't think to open the box til I was out the door and realized it was NOT A HEART!!! I came back in to let them know. The cashier lady was confused, then they brought out the girl who took my order. The cashier lady points at her and says, "she forgot to write a heart on your order." The girl looked at me with a half smile. That was it. No apology, compensation, no dicount for next time, no coupon, nothing for this massive screw-up of ordering TWO HOURS in advance, having repeated myself multiple times about a heart pizza, and still having to wait there for an additional 30 minutes to have my pizza remade, all while my wings got cold. No remorse or regard for my time, no desire to make it right in any way, shape or form, not even a damn apology. And to top it off, I got an oval heart with undercooked wings. The gentleman who answered the phone blamed it on door dash and continued to scream at me and made no attempt to help. I called the dasher she apologized and told me she had picked up 2 orders that were not labeled and she was not told which was which. It was not her fault the boxes should of been labeled that's why pizza boxes have check boxes on them lol. Pizza is my favorite food aside from other things, so I was exited to get my pizza. Originally they said 1hr 20min but got delivered almost 2hrs later on the cold side too. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza, the chicken taste was good however it had way too much sauce, there was no balance in the ingredients all that you can taste was the bbq sauce and that's after scraping as much sauce as possible. read more
