My first visit here was honestly underwhelming. The pizza (supreme) looked and smelled amazing, but it was really bland. I decided to try them one more time, and I'm glad I did! Although I've only ordered takeout, staff is always friendly when I pick up my order. The interior looks clean; there is plenty of indoor seating. Restrooms are available. I can't speak on evening or weekend noise, but they seem to stay relatively quiet during the afternoon. They share a small private lot with a few other businesses, including the SVL post office, so it can get busy parking-wise. I recommend getting the lunch special: an 8" pizza and a drink - it's the perfect size for one person, and the toppings can be customized. Their crust (my favorite part) is thick and a good balance between crispy and chewy. The flavor on their meat pizzas is really good and not too oily. I'm not sure I'll order another veggie-based pizza from here. Probably not somewhere I'd go out of my way to eat at since there are slightly cheaper options nearby that I do enjoy. First off, sometimes their pizza is delicious. Their XL cheese pizza I can fold in half just like on the east coast. The dough and sauce are good but when you pay for a large and get 2 inches of crust it feels like a waste. So inconsistent and frustrating. To pay $40+ for pizza I expect a little more consistency and less crust. Toppings also vary, sometimes they are scarce, what did I pay for? Or just enough to feel like you got a proper ratio of toppings. I have an issue almost every time when I call or order. I just stopped asking for anything specific and just doing easy options they can't mess up. There is no consistency in their staffing still in 5 months of being open, it's frustrating to get what you want sometimes and other times that item doesn't exist and they've never heard of it. They still haven't ironed out the kinks yet. Do not try to eat the pizza right away the paper under it will rip and you'll end up eating it. This is still happening even after letting the pizza "rest" when we get it home. Ask us how we know.. It's not as much of a family friendly atmosphere, it's very sterile and uninviting, just my opinion. We just order take out and only have eaten in-house once. read more

So far, so good. This is our first purchase but not our last. I love the dough, it's chewy and crunchy at the end just the way I like it. The toppings were fresh, the chicken wings were tender. This is close to my house. The pizza here is pretty good. I got the Build Your Own XL Pizza because I like a thinner crust. I had less sauce put on and did the half pizza option for the toppings. One half was pepperoni, sausage, and ham and the other half was mushrooms and olives. Very tasty. The pepperoni was the kind that curled into a bowl shape so the edges get crispy and flavorful. The crust had a nice chew to it and was just the right thickness. The sauce had a good tomato flavor. This is definitely one of the better pizzas I have had in the High Desert. read more

This is our second time getting pizza from D6 since we've moved into the neighborhood. The pizza is really good with the amount of toppings one would expect, a perfect sauce that pairs well with the red chili flakes. Everything we have tried, we have really enjoyed. There's a new pizza place in town and I'm going to say it's the best in the high desert I've had since living here 5 years now. Unlike the previous owners, the crust soft and fluffy almost like a donut. Ingredients were fresh and it was all moderately priced. We will be back! 2 stars for the pizza, 1 star for customer service. You walk in the door, and you don't feel welcome at all. Super rude front service, they'll have you waiting at the counter for a while before they even say hi or help you. The feeling I got was that I was bothering them, everyone working in the back just walking past the counter without even acknowledging the line in front of the register. We ordered a medium cheese and a medium supreme pizza along with a small antipasto salad w/ranch dressing for pick up. The order was ready in 15 minutes. Cheese pizza was very good. Ample tasty sauce and cheese. Still a slightly larger bare crust area than I like, but after having pizza at several different restaurants in San Diego it seems that is the style these days. People eating /dipping the crust. Supreme pizza was loaded with fresh vegetables and meats. No skimping on toppings. Very good Antipasto salad was as before. Fresh vegetables, some pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Ranch dressing was good. Not my idea of an antipasto salad...more like a house salad with some pepperonis and mozzarella..but this is how they make it. Was good quality..just be aware of what it is.
