Their selection is incredible, the pieces are in excellent shape, and the prices are relatively reasonable for vintage resale (especially for the quality of items). I am especially blown away by their dress selection. I bought a prom dress from here many years ago and would love to maybe find my wedding dress here someday! While vintage clothing can only be as size inclusive as clothing makers were in the past, Clash has a plus size section and is clearly invested in trying to include people of all sizes as potential customers, which is very refreshing. I took several of my friends with me after brunch, and one of my friends found a plus size dress that she LOVES and I was so happy. Clash does also have beautiful accessories, home items, bags, shoes, etc. and changing rooms so that you can try anything on before buying. If you haven't been to Clash, you have to add it to your list of Dayton spots to check out!

I definitely have had to wait in lines before, but it's not usually longer than 5 minutes, and unless someone has called in, there's usually two or three employees at the store at any given time. Employees have always been pleasant, and while I've had an issue with Torrid's online not e-mailing me when I had an order to pick up, that's honestly that only online order issue I've had in the 20+ orders I've had delivered here. This particular location is decently large. They have a full-sized bra selection, and during swimsuit season, full swimsuit section. They have multiple fitting rooms. Each one of the fitting rooms is outfitted with an optional, strong fan you can turn on/off. That's a god-send in the summers! Especially before big clearance sales, the staff seems to go through and organize all of the clearance items by size AND by color/function. For example, all the size 1 will be together. Then all the lingerie comes first, then the swimsuits, then the shirts, then the boleros/jackets, etc. Then in each category, all the items will be color-matched. It's really a fantastic way to shop, and I've never seen any other Torrid (or any other store!) do this before. This Torrid is located in The Greene, though. While not a problem, it will make "quick stop" shopping a bit harder as the Torrid is located almost directly in-between the two nearby parking lots. It's not a terrible walk, though. Expect about a block's worth of walking. I'd recommend parking in the parking lot nearest the Winan's and Old Navy over the other lots.

I think the worst part of this place is that after I ironed and properly folded the clothes I took in to sell, they ball them up and shove them back in the bag! No explanation. My clothes were up to date and in wonderful condition.
