I love this adorable boutique. I try to stop by once a week to check out the new merchandise. People never stop complimenting me on the clothes I buy here. They do a great job buying and merchandising. Really cute gift items. My favorite thing is that if you follow them on Facebook, you can preview what's coming to the store and buy it ahead of time. I have purchased a number of items from this store, and have liked their gifts and jewelry, they are moderately priced and fun. Sadly, their online business seems to keep their staff really occupied during store hours. Many times there are a number of salespeople but no one available to greet or help when customers are on the store. I can sympathize that it can be tricky to staff when you have so much going on. So I have chosen to not care when I don't get greeted or helped by staff....i just chalk it up to a bad day. But, I guess I'm drawing the line now. Recently I was shopping (no greeting, no effort to help by staff-they were all busy at the registers filling online orders) but the owner was on the floor....and I was surprised that as a customer there was no acknowledgment or greeting. And as I was looking at gifts, she walked right in front of me and the shelf I was standing looking at. No apology or excuse me. It would have been rude if it were another customer, but crazy that it was THE OWNER. I think these all reviews can be summed up by the fact that as cute as G&G may be, the culture there is rude and entitled. Customers are unnecessary warm bodies taking up floor space. Cute shop for the area. Next to Ideal Feet and 3 Dog Bakery. It smells yummy in here! I love these kind if stores. Cute stuff and smells good! Initially it struck me as a similar store to Charming Charlie's. the jewelry and wallets are cute and reasonably priced. I stopped by looking at the sale rack that was out front. Of course the MudPie holiday things are cute....and over priced. Haven Girl and Giggle Moon are cute brands and pricey brands which they carry as well. I will visit again. Especially if I need a small gift, baby gift or maybe something for a 17-30 year old. read more

As an advid supporter of small businesses I do hate giving poor feedback. However I think it is necessary that businesses fully consider their customer's overall experience. This is my 3rd attempt patronizing this business. And each time I have never received a welcome. I was the only person in the store at the time. The sales associate never even looked up. There was a bell indicating someone had entered he store. I do hope they are able to correct this because their merchandise is very cute. But not cute enough to be ignored and undervalued. I work near by and have had my own clients express concern of their experience as well. I hope this promotes change for others. However I do not anticipate a return in my future. read more

I asked about the return policy and was told "it is store credit ONLY" and she seemed to want to make that very clear (almost rude). There were a couple of items I was inclined to purchase, including some pillows but with so many retailers out there I will go where I can get my money back if the color or size isn't right. So I went in for the first time a while ago, cute stuff for sure. Didn't buy anything because didn't really see something I had to have that day, but mainly because NOBODY acknowledged I was even in the store. No greeting-which is KEY in small business retail-I have owned one in the past. If my sales girls weren't there to greet in the first 10 seconds to make the guest feel welcome, I got on to them. Even a "hi, welcome in!" from the back would be acceptable. First impressions are KEY. Second time in, I took my mom b/c she loves little boutiques. I couldn't believe it, NO GREETING or acknowledgment. Nothing. I was embarrassed actually bc I had talked up how cute it was to my mom. We spent about 20 minutes in there with nobody speaking to us. Quite disappointing. Again, cute stuff though. Third time in, took my son with me b/c we had just ran to the Tom Thumb in the same shopping center and I wanted to grab something real fast to wear that night to a dinner. Can you guess..... NO GREETING. I looked at the clothes real fast, had a question about something but didn't even bother to ask bc the girls all seemed super busy with orders and other things. Clearly too busy to help an actual customer in the store. When we left my seven year old son goes, "mom it seemed like everyone was mad in there." And last and final visit yesterday. Gave it one more go because I had to have a gift for a girlfriend last minute. Went in- 3 girls there- NO greeting or offer to help, NOTHING. 4 times in the store, nothing. No help. No warm feeling. No customer service. I mean, you've got to be kidding me. If they could get their customer service together they'd sell a lot more. It's a nice area of town and people have money to spend, but I can tell you right now with the way customers are treated, there are TONS of other places people will happily go. I am sorry to leave this review, but I just feel that the consumer should know before going in. It's funny, for something so simple as to greeting and helping customers, and just smiling at people who want to shop, this place could be killing it. read more

If I could rate this a negative 5 Star review I would. They do have some seriously cute stuff. At one point I was spending $300-$500/month. The customer service is horrible. Each interaction is negative and diminutive. The FB response you get back are short, curt and not the least bit helpful. Rudest customer service. Seasoned women that have no public skills at all. You walk in the door and they all stay behind the counter at the back of the store and don't great anyone. I have been at least 5 times and they have never once greeted a customer while I was in the store. Never going back. Customer service is key and they failed. The women that work here are rude, the clothes are cheap and fall apart. The manager is hateful. I could go on and on! Please don't go ladies, shut them down. Read all the comments. Don't give them you money! You can buy the same cheap clothes on Amazon for 1/4 the price. If you like something in the store, take a picture of the label and find it on Amazon. If you should come across a problem or she sends you the wrong item, don't expect her to make it right even when she says she made a mistake. I normally do not write a review , however this was so out of line I felt the need to let others know. I wish I would have read the reviews before I made a purchase from Griffin & Grace. The past reviews are exactly what happened to me. I ordered my first blouse and it was at least 2 sizes larger than what I ordered, I just sent it back and paid for the shipping. The next item came and was too small.. I made a comment on the FB page to let others know that top must run really small - so they would keep it in mind when ordering the top. The owner private messages me and tells me not to post anything like that on the facebook page and then blocks me on the site. I was shocked! It was not even a bad comment- only to help others. Then she attacks me for asking if their store pays the shipping cost since both items were not close to the size I ordered. I never spoke to this lady on the phone, only in private messaging. While I was trying to keep it professional , her commets were attacking and hostile. They also charged my card without my consent when they actually owe me. I have purchased items from the store on several occasions. Most of the employees are personable, but the owner is argumentative and clearly does not support her merchandise or value customer feedback. I ordered an item in April and noticed a manufacturers defect when I picked it up within 10 days of claiming the item on Facebook. I was then told the item would be a store credit only, despite being defective. A refund was not an option! I understand the exchange only policy within 14 days, but this was defective. I return in May to pick up another order placed on Facebook that is also defective with a dye stain and once again was told I could return for a store credit. When I expressed my lack of satisfaction and willingness to share customer service concerns, there was no attempt to make the situation right. Think twice before making a purchase! read more

One of my favorite stores! They have a wide variety of clothing, jewelry & accessories, home decor and so many great gift items. They also offer personalization, so I know I can always get a one of a kind wedding, birthday or even a baby gift. The owner and staff have always been helpful and friendly. I have told my daughter and friends about this shop and now they love it as much as I do! Even when I'm not in the Plano area, I can still shop through their Facebook group and have it shipped, which was wonderful a couple months ago when most stores were closed because of COVID. read more

I can't say she was busy because she and I were the only two there on that side of the store. Otherwise cute items but I will patronize elsewhere. As a business owner myself that is a pet peeve of mine. Hopefully they will acknowledge "all" customers in the future., not just the well dress customers. I don't typically review stores but I think it's time for me to mention my opinion. Horrible customer service. Reading some of these reviews solidifies issues with customer service and quality. BE CAREFUL. They now have tags on all garments that you can't return after 2 weeks. I purchased an outfit and picked it up yesterday, only to find out it doesn't come close to fitting, I contacted the owner and all I got was basically oh well you purchased 3 weeks ago so too bad. Then I get this long text about her services, that she also decided to put on her FB page as well. I have bought a ton of stuff from this company and won't return. My issues really started when I bought a Voluspa room scent machine - needless to say it was the WORST customer service ever - I had less than 3 months and it malfunctioned. These machines are super expensive!!! Not only did I not get ANY communication back from the employee that I reached out to, the owner never responded to the employee! Horrible customer service!!! I reached out to Voluspa in California and they had superb customer service and realized YES it did malfunction and they immediately sent me a new one. I won't return, the customer service and owner are rude. There is only 1 nice person that works there. Every time you go there you feel like you are doing them a favor. Cheap clothes from China and overpriced. I am sad I was treated this way. I am sure I can find another boutique that knows how to treat customers. read more

Posting because everyone needs to be warned **EDIT** The reply to my google review is NOT true. I did not ignore any messages and replied within 48 hours of the charge to my credit card on July 18th. Their May 31st post did not mention July. It said coming soon. I called the store after commenting on the May 31st post to provide my credit card info and to verify an arrival date. I was concerned about it not fitting and asked what would happen because I was going on vacation for two weeks in June. I was told the top could arrive in a few days or weeks - they didn't know. And that I could "pass" on the item if it arrived when I was out of town. Their procedure is to send a FB message when the item arrives. Because we had never exchanged messages it went to my Other Folder and I did not see it. Look at their replies to other negative reviews - they do not think they are doing anything wrong. Buyer beware because they don't care whether or not you return. They have hundred of thousands of customers. Dispute the charge if they try to do this to you. Their credit card rates will increase making this a very costly "no return" policy. **EDIT OVER** I ordered a summer top on May 31st and it didn't arrive until mid July. They sent a FB message that I didn't see until I saw a credit card charge. When I informed them I didn't want the very summery top they would only issue a store credit. This business needs to Improve communication when an order has arrived. Facebook messenger is not a reliable method. Texting messages would ensure messages are received. They have cute clothes but so do a lot of places. They stopped responding to my messages - lost my business and motivated me to write this review for less than $40. read more

I have been in the store numerous times over the last few years. In my opinion, the employees, including the owner, are just not friendly. In all fairness, I have NOT seen them be friendly to any customer who is there, so it appears to be just the culture of the store. I have observed that they are more concerned with the busy work of their online orders and appear to get annoyed if you come up to ask a question while shopping. I have heard of many people refusing to give them business for the same reason. I kept giving them a shot since they have cute stuff, but my last visit was so rude that I realize I can buy all that stuff in other stores. It's a shame. read more

My daughter-in-law and I visited the store on Friday, July 29th. There were two sales associates standing behind the counters and neither one greeted us. We proceeded to shop the store and try on clothes but neither one ever acknowledged our presence during the hour we were in the store. There were multiple ladies entering the store to shop and none of them were greeted. When I did purchase a top for my daughter-in-law, I finally got a "hello" at check out. I would give them -5 stars for customer service. I shopped there all the time because they did have some cute stuff. However, their customer service is terrible. I had been shopping there weekly, and was out of the country and asked them to make an exception and they flat out said no. They have done things that I didn't like before on and off, but this was it. No customer service, no customer loyalty, very sad. I specifically asked about the return policy and was told I could return the items within 14 days as long as I had my receipt and the tags still on the items, and that it would be credited on my credit card. So, I bought 2 different sizes of the same shirt so I could try them on at home with jeans and decide which was better. When I went back to return, I was told the policy is store credit only. I explained that is not what I was told when I purchased the items and that I never would have bought 2 of the same shirt if I'd been told it was store credit only. The manager/owner was unwilling to give me credit on my credit card (even though that's what had been represented to me at the time of purchase) and only gave me store credit. Very poor customer relations. And in the legal world, that's actually called fraud. read more

I went into Griffin & Grace (cute name) and instantly love the atmosphere and it smelled so good. I was not in the mood to shop, I was just wasting time before my movie started(Movie Theatre is near), but could not resist the most adorable tops and the price tags were more exciting. I walked out an hour later, missing my movie but it was well worth it. The clothes were unique, very stylish and perfect for my wallet. I have worn several of the "G&G" dresses and tops and I ALWAYS get stopped by strangers asking where I got it! The owner was so helpful and actually honest about how certain things looked on me(very rare). She obviously has good taste and knows customer service. I will defiantly go back and tell my friends about this place. I almost didn't write this review in hopes it would be me and my friend's little secret, but I couldn't be that selfish, so you all enjoy and don't purchase all the great pieces. read more
