He discovered spiderwebs inside the outdoor heat pump had blocked the transmission of data from the heat pump to the furnace. A first for me! He, of course, had seen it before. Once he had cleaned out all the webbing from the inside of the heat pump, the pump came back to life, and we had heat again. Art Newsome is the greatest HVAC company.
