This was April 10th, The man came out and said it couldn't be fixed so they gave us another new refrigerator. Then the ice maker doesn't work at all on this one. Called again and they sent someone from martins out. He said it was broken and they had to order a new part. Waited about two weeks and we called again. They wouldn't answer the phone or call back. left a message on their answering machine. Finally,. So far we hacen't a young guy came out and said he thought they had ordered the wrong part and would have to order another part. Been waiting two weeks and haven't heard anything. They won't answer the phone or call back. Called Frigidaire company and they wouldn't answer the phone for them either. They said they would send an E Mail to them. So far, no response from Martins.
