Triad Refrigeration came to my house and gave me a diagnosis on my refrigerator. The parting words…read morewere, "now, if that doesn't solve the problem, give us a call back." Well, I did and they would not return my phone call. Finally, I resorted to contacting the more expensive authorized repair service for my brand refrigerator. After 30 minutes, the technician diagnosed the problem which, unfortunately, is going to cost me a new refrigerator. This second technician took the time to explain and show me the exact problem (for which I have some knowledge). Had Triad bothered to take the panel off inside the freezer, they would have seen that the evaporative coils were hopelessly iced up, indicating that the system had some sort of blockage. After choosing them they called within an hour. They said they had a guy in the area. He showed up within thirty minutes. Arrived in a nice little van dressed professionally in white shirt and blue pants. He looked at the dryer and had it fixed within 20 minutes. A wire came loose and shorted it out. Don't know their service fees thus the 4 stars. However judging by their service they would be well worth a try.
