The gift shop there is small, with limited hours and selection, and I wanted something nicer. This is the closest flower shop. And the flowers here are incredible. Fresh, bright, beautifully arranged. I bought one already in the case, but they will do arrangements for any purpose, of course. The staff were great. Plus, loads of gift items. Religious, cat-related, other themes, etc. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Yelp check-in gets you a discount on a gift item.

I placed my order online as it was my only option. And completed my intended order. The next morning I received a call and text informing me that they did not have the violet available. I used the florist specifically bc they had the violet "available" and I wanted to use a local florist. I understand that flowers can be out of stock, this is why I called multiple times before placing my online order. They canceled my order and apologized, but I had to use a big box florist to get what I needed instead of the local route. It's unfortunate their inventory isn't accurate, and I couldn't speak to anyone about it prior to my online order.

He looked for florist nearby, contacted connell, and lucky enough, they still had the red roses available. So, he got the bouquet in a beautiful clear vase from here. The vase was neatly secured and had the two heart balloons attached to it. There was no spill in the way home. I forgot to take the picture before unpacking the vase. I loved the flower arrangement, and they stayed fresh for at least a week. I am really impressed with their service and will definitely get flowers for the next occasion.

She paced our call professionally and when she needed repeat information it was no big deal. She partnered with me and didn't tell me how to navigate our ask. Anything we wanted, she advised and helped us get to a solution. By the time everything was in order it was less than 45 min which was a blessing considering the area of the country we were shipping to is about to get hit with a hurricane. She more than earned our repeat business and Griffin's Floral in Pataskala is in my phone as the first point of reference when flowers are needed. My first call was to be the New Albany store, however, their Monday hours were somewhat limited so I went to the next best thing. Pataskala. Little did I know we would come across the very best.
