My dog and I lived here for about a year and a half and had a really great experience! I loved my 1 bedroom apartment. It was spacious with a lot of light, and the community was always well taken care of. This area is quiet and very walkable! This place has been nothing but a nightmare since I've moved in 5 months ago. I don't even have a working air conditioning in half of my apartment including the master bedroom and bathroom, a broken refrigerator for weeks, horrific, unsanitary and dangerous carpet install and problems with smoke alarms and washer and dryer. Not to mention that I was treated, harassed and stalked by a neighbor here, which Griffis cares nothing about the safety of its residents or their children. It's taken numerous phone calls to their corporate office to get anything fixed, and my carpet has still never been repaired despite sanitation and safety hazards such as an I sealed floor and exposed tacks, which I've stepped on. I've been met with extreme hostility and rudeness from Ann, the Manager, who will go from "polite" to extremely rude and condescending with one seconds and any time you hold her accountable for when repairs will be done. Desiree from the corporate office also scheduled an HVAC "repair" and complimentary pet treatment for my carpet last week, considering all the problems I've experienced here since I've moved in. The AC still doesn't work in my bedroom or master bathroom, and they never treated the carpet, stating that they'd treat in this week. They never came and I never received a phone call. I was then told by Ann that she would not do the pet treatment since I was considering to (legally and at my own substantial expense) break my lease and that it "wasn't worth" their expense or time. The audacity, rudeness and utter lack of customer service skills, integrity and honesty is truly shocking. For the amount of money this "luxury" apartment charges, I'd really expect a lot more professionalism, courtesy, a high quality apartment, responsive maintenance and working amenities. The neighbors are constantly throwing loud parties, there is constant domestic violence in the apartment above me, and I've had to make numerous phone calls to the police and Griffis security company (the security company rarely responds) both for noise and safety. Another resident threatened, followed and stalked me here, and the leasing office didn't offer any assistance, just a "so sorry this happened" email. In additional to the poor maintenance, noise and safety issues at Griffis Bellevue Station every other apartment complex in the DTC area including the neighbors on both sides of Bellevue Station have their pools, dogs parks and amenities open. Our dog park has had a broken and leaning fence prior to COVID and has not been repaired since. We have no dog park or pool access here for almost five months and our gym and business center only opened recently. This property is run down, overpriced, poorly managed and care little for their residents safety or happiness. From noise complaints, violence, threats, staking, unsafe and unsanitary housing, non working appliances that take weeks to repair, disgusting carpet in unsealed flooring, broken and neglected "amenities," non- working air conditioning in your bedroom to condescending office manager who lies through her teeth, Griffis at Bellevue Station feels more akin to Section 8 housing ran by slumlords than the "luxury" apartment complex it claims itself to be. read more

A friend of ours lived here and recommended we check out Griffis Belleview Station. As many of the properties that surround it, this property is located near the rail station. You probably figured that out given the property name. After spending the day looking at properties, and looking at one across the street from Griffis Belleview Station, we thought we'd pop in to just pick up information. It was about 10 minutes to closing. Marcia R. greeted us very friendly, and was extremely polite when she said she had to close the doors promptly at 5:00 because she had to go to the airport. We apologized and said we would come back, but she said she could show us a two-bedroom fairly quickly. Wow! While the apartment wasn't new, it had a ton of extra storage space! There is a lot of room in the laundry room. You can use the space around the car in the garage as storage. And the unit gets an extra storage closet in the hallway. Some units have a fireplace, which is a bonus. While the floor plan wasn't exactly what I wanted, Marcia really made you feel like you were coming home. read more

I love living here. Maintenance by Jorge and Myron has been so helpful. Fixing my garage keypad, helping me throw away a large item, touching up paint on a wall I cleaned and fixing a USB electrical outlet and even giving me a second was so quick and helpful. I've lived here 3 years and feel so safe and comfortable living here. The location is awesome and accessible to light rail within walking distance. I would highly recommend living here. The leasing office has been very helpful and Marcia has been here more than 7 yrs so they really do treat people like family and have a variety of events to bring us together. read more

After living at Belleview Station for almost 3 years, I agree with the saying "all good things come to an end". Despite living in various apartments throughout my twenties, this apartment was, by far, my favorite. WHY? STAFF: Hands down, the best you'll see. Believe me! Although the communication lacked a few times on the message boards, and the gym was under remodel for over 6 months, the staff is always friendly, helpful and personable. Marcia was beyond sweet and really made us feel special and important with each interaction! Staff here truly tries their best to make everyone feel at home and takes concerns, seriously! MAINTENANCE: Although we had a few things wear out throughout our stay, everything was fixed in a timely manner! Myron was by far our favorite, as he would continually go above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and to call him directly with any problems! AMENITIES: With a newly renovated pool space, cabana's, hot tub, killer gym (with all new equipment!!), key less package center, newly renovated clubhouse, all pets allowed (for a small monthly fee!) and an online payment option, the amenities are pretty great for this part of town! LOCATION/SPACE: Located right off I-25 and Monaco, this complex is in prime DTC location. With the ability to walk to the lightrail, the Landmark, and new restaurants/bars/gyms popping up near there, there is nothing to complain about :) Our view had a spectacular view of the city with a mountain view to one side! Apartments range in size and design, all of which are spacious, boast 12 feet ceilings with ceiling fans in each room, and covered patios! PRICING: Let's face it, due to the location, monthly rent, isn't cheap, but with everything offered here, it's a hard deal to pass up! We signed our original lease for 15 months (which was cheaper overall!) in an upgraded unit for a mere $1450, with an increase of about $50 each renewal period. Although we chose to put our money towards a mortgage each month, I had a hard time leaving and saying goodbye to the staff, space and area! would 100% refer family and friends to this wonderful complex! read more

Do not rent from the Griffis, you will most likely regret it. We were renters at the Belleview Station property for over a year and a half, and it was the worst rental experience I have had. This is actually my first time ever writing a google review because it was such a bad experience. The property tries to come off as "luxury", but the apartments are old and cheaply maintained. I could never fill my bathtub with hot water, because it would run out half way. Our washer was broken and we asked them to fix it twice and they came and "tried" but did not succeed. Our garage door wouldn't close half of the time, and they couldn't fix that either. Our "backyard" grass area was a mud-pit because of lack of landscape maintenance, so you would always track mud in the apartment. There has been a spare tire sitting on the street for over a year, and they allow cigarette butts to be littered all over the property. However, our biggest complaints are these. That the walls are paper thin, and we could hear every single step that the upstairs neighbor took, and they do not care nor take action about noise complaints. In addition, that neighbor was throwing his cigarette butts in the dry grass and littering about 2 packs a day on the property and it was never addressed as a safety concern or unsightly mess. We have broached all these issues with management, and even gone up the ladder to corporate management. They have great PR training, and will come off quite pleasant, but never do anything about anything. We left our lease because of all of the issues, and they will not negotiate on lease break fees. If you have any issues here, or have life changes that require you to break your lease, you will be charged an exorbitant amount of money with no sympathy or compromise. In addition, if you will need to go month to month rent at some point, or even just need one additional month of rent, expect to pay almost double of what they advertise. Again, with no sympathy. They will up your rent when it is time to renew because they are gambling that you will not want to move out of your home. It is a huge selfish corporation that is just out to make the money, and not to take care of their customers. And to the Griffis Management that is reading this, I see that you comment nice little "bandaids" on peoples complaints online. I would like everyone to know that this is part of their PR (which they do really well at maintaining their image), but I have worked all the way up their ladder with polite communication and have not received any positive customer service from the Griffis Residential group. read more

Takes many service requests for problems to actually be addressed and fix. I have lived here for 9 months complaining about my dryer and it still doesn't work properly (not to mention all of the other issues I've had living here, that took multiple service requests to get resolvedUtilities for ONLY the common areas are close to $100 each month, and over $200 each month for a single bedroom apartment with one person. The leasing office is extremely inconsistent with following up each person will give you a different answer about the same issue. I also have had experiences with Ann, the community manager twisting my words around and hanging up on me while I have been discussing these issues with her. When I moved in I was told this place has better capacity to take care of its residents because it's a smaller community. This has been completely untrue. read more

The people who work here are very nice. The property is very lovely! It's kept nicely and there's a lot of places to walk my dog. My only and biggest concern is the noise level. While my neighbors are quiet, the walls and ceiling feels like it was made of cheap plywood. The garage door opening/closing is unbelievably loud. We can feel the vibrations every time my neighbor opens/closes theirs (which is a lot since they decided that it's their front door). The ceiling/carpet doesn't conceal the walking of the neighbors too. I thought that my previous neighbors were loud but the new tenants just moved in and we can hear every footsteps. So downstairs we feel/hear the garage and upstairs we hear the endless walking. It's driving me nuts. read more

Been living at Griffis for a little over 4 years now. We live on a 3rd floor non-renovated apartment with 2 dogs, never had a noise complaint. We can walk our dogs around the community and the location is awesome, 10-15 minute walk to Light Rail. Ann, Marcia and the rest of the staff have always addressed our concerns promptly. No place is perfect and Griffis isn't either, because of things out of their control, but they try their best and communicate which always helps. We definitely moved here to save a little money, but some of the renovated apartments look awesome too. We also have neighbors that have been here as long, if not longer than us, if that says anything...definitely worth checking out! read more

I used to love living here. The apartments are large and reasonably priced for the market, and although they are pretty dated and need remodeling desperately, I was always happy with the management (love Marcia) and the complex overall. Once they decided to change from Enclave to "Griffis at Belleview Station" they have gone downhill in a hurry. I feel like the employees that work here are all pretty great, but they seem somewhat powerless to the severely lacking corporation that controls them. In February they began a construction project to redo the gym/office area with estimated completion time of May. The new completion estimate is July. Amenities that we pay for are not available and of course there is no rent reduction or incentive to the residents. They also don't really care about their residents who they know and see often...my registration sticker was recently stolen and they put a big, tacky, hard-to-remove sticker on my car instead of calling me and asking what's up or bringing this to my attention in a friendly way. But again, the staff here are powerless to this because a third party handles the car monitoring. In addition, there are rampant complaints about parking, car alarms going off in the middle of the night, smoking in the complex, etc. This place needs to step it up, because the whole Belleview Station area is becoming an even greater place to live with the recent addition of lots of new bars & restaurants! read more

Great location 3-5 min walk to the lightrail Clean, comfortable , tons of storage space, reasonably priced and the maintenance guy Alex is awesome , he will keep your place in order. The only negative is because they are older units you can hear some of your neighbors footsteps above you, not that I would move because if it. If a problem ever arises they are very quick to fix it. One day I had the garage door break on me. They were there to fix it within an hour, coming from being offsite. Fixed it in another 30 minutes. I've moved around a lot, and lived in more apartments than I care to count, and I rank Enclave among the best of them. The staff are friendly and effective, the grounds are well maintained, maintenance issues aren't always fast but they're never just left either. At least in my case, my rent per square foot is fantastic compared to the rest of metro Denver, and for a 1200 2/2 with an attached garage and a large, usable patio, that's saying something. Did I mention the 9' ceilings with ceiling fans in each room? The complex is generally quiet, and I've never had trouble parking even though my SO and I have 3 vehicles. As a bonus, there's easy access to light rail and to I-25, and I really couldn't ask for much more. read more

Lived here for a year from May14-May15. By far the best apartment complex my girl friend and I have ever lived in. Both the leasing and the maintenance staff were top notch. The apartments are very clean and well maintained. Also, this is an A+ community for dog owners as they have a massive field that runs alongside Enclave and a few other complexes and it serves as a pseudo-dog park. If you are looking for an apartment in the DTC area you MUST check out the Enclave. read more

Pay attention to your walk thru when touring. My apartment is "updated" and my shower faucet is from the 1980s. Absolutely NO parking. On day of my move in the place was filthy. Dead spiders all over the floor. Dirt piled up in corners and dust on nearly every surface. Towel rack falls from its hole on the wall every day and no hot water on a regular basis. This morning I had zero hot water. So much street noise and on top of it my windows leak and let ice and snow in...painted and caulked over. My clothes dryer is older than I am and I'm in my 30s. So after all that, does this sound like an updated place or even somewhere you want to live? Definitely wish I would have renewed at my old place. I've lived here for 7 yrs now. I've enjoyed my time here, and the office/maintenance staff are the best by far. They go above and beyond when I need anything at all. So thats why its hard to say this, but my only and biggest complaint is the lack of parking. Nothing is worse than coming home after a long day to find zero parking. The staff has tried to patrol the lot, and it gets better, but it always gets worse. They threaten to tow, but for whatever reason, they continue to leave little windshield notes as a scare tactic. Therefore, unless you plan on renting a garage or parking your car and taking the lightrail, you might want to reconsider, because it happens more often than not. read more

I've lived at Griffis Belleview Station for close to 18 months and couldn't be happier. Throughout my "apartment-living history", I've experienced numerous issues including lack of parking, uncaring and unresponsive management, excessive maintenance issues, noisy neighbors, lack of hot water, and the list goes on and on. Fortunately, I haven't experienced any of those issues here. First off, I've never had an issue with finding a parking spot that is close to my unit. I mention that just because I know parking can be an issue at other apartments. Secondly, the management team here is the best (which was a key selling point for me when I was reading through reviews). I've primarily interacted with Anna Cotroneo and Marcia Reffel at Griffis, and I can't say enough about how awesome they are and how helpful they've been. For the topic of maintenance, I've only needed assistance from the maintenance team maybe once or twice Fortunately, the process of getting things fixed is very smooth and easy. The management team does a great job of communicating a timeline and the maintenance team is super friendly and helpful. Noise has been a non-issue for me. I'm not sure what the walls are made of here, but they do a great job of insulating noise. I rarely hear any of my neighbors. Another plus is that I've never had an issue with running out of hot water which I've experienced elsewhere (undesired cold showers suck!). One last note, there seems to be a good mixture of folks across all ages. read more

My wife and I had 2 apartments here and the first one we had was amazing! Great neighbors and zero issues with any of the appliances. We moved to a 2 bedroom when our son was born and this is when the nightmare began... From the moment we moved in we had nothing but issues. First was the washing machine, then the fridge, the dishwasher (MOLD!!!), bathroom fan, all electrical outlets...the list goes on. The biggest issue we had was with the AC unit. Two months in a row we had bills for over $200 and we were told there was nothing wrong with the AC unit but as a courtesy they would trim the branches around the unit and service it. The next bill was under $100! Obviously there was an issue with the AC unit, they just didn't want to admit it. Another major issue are the neighbors we had. Every neighbor smoked so anytime you would walk into the hallway you were forced to breath all of that in. People would just let their dogs do their business in the stairwell and it would sit there for weeks. There were always large groups of people partying at the pool. The newest group of people to move in before we left we unbelievable. I counted at least 7 different people living in this apartment, 3 children and 4 adults. Every day there was a new run down car in the parking lot (taking up multiple spots or parked within inches of other cars leaving no room to open a door) or parked in front of their garage. We were woken up multiple times during the night while they worked on cars with power tools. They were running an auto repair shop out of their garage. This is when we decided to move our family away from this situation. Another big issue was the lack of pest control. We were woken up by our son late one night and when we went to his crib we found over 30 baby spiders crawling all of the crib and our son! We showed the video and pictures to the property management and they really didn't show any concern. They said they would have their pest control people come look at the apartment the next time they were out. We always had a great relationship with the staff and never expected any issues when moving out. After our move out inspection we were told that everything looked great and there weren't any issues. A few weeks later we get our refund check in the mail and it was for much less than our deposit. We were told that our pets caused damage to the carpet and they needed to pay to have them cleaned. Our pets are very well behaved and never had any accidents while living there. The property management provided photos of the damage they said our pets caused but when we asked for photos of what it looked like when the previous tenants moved out they weren't able to provide any. If you're going to say that we caused damage you better be prepared to provide proof. Why is it that apartment management staff always seems to be great until you move out? They always find a way to get every last dime out of you, even if they have to lie and charge fraudulent fees. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with a business and by far the worst living conditions of any apartment in the Denver area. I am beyond thankful that my wife and I were fortunate enough to become homeowners and never have to deal with something like this again! If you want a safe and sanitary community with a respectable, fair management please do yourself a favor and find a different community to live in. read more

Let me first start off by saying my family moved to The Griffis about two months ago and I'm already ready to move! First let's start off with how much needs to be fixed in the apartment from carpet to new blinds to cabinets that need to be replaced! Next onto how filthy the community is from people not picking up their dog's poop! I mean it's ridiculous I can barely walk my own puppy without having to pull him away from stepping in poop every few seconds. And to top it off a week into moving here we received an email about people trying check and see if apartment doors are unlocked to break in! Then two weeks after that we hear someone break into a car in the middle of the night! And to make these worse someone broke into our car! Fortunately nothing was in the car to be stolen...Don't get me wrong crime is everywhere but coming from an area where we hadn't encountered any problems with cars being broken into or apartment doors being checked this is something totally different! The people around here are also so rude for absolutely no reason it is a predominantly white community with a few different races in between but neighbors look at me like I don't belong which is so unfortunate. All in all if I could go back I would definitely rethink my choice moving here! read more

Overpriced cheaply made apartments. Very cheap looking. The walls are paper thin, you will hear EVERYTHING all of your neighbors are doing. Oh and neighbors. They are real jerks at that place. You will see people who belong on Colfax here and not DTC. They have no respect for your life, quite hours, your car or anything else. They will slam the doors in a hallway, let their 5 dogs bark all day and night. Someone we know is having a major issue with the noisy neighbors next door and upstairs. Management is so sweet and sugary when you are considering to rent, but once the lease is signed, they do not give a sh..t about you. they will openly lie to you, especially Marcia, disrespect, and provide absolutely no help when you need it. horrible and unprofessional! Police is probably on a speed dial in this complex. I see them a few times a month due to domestic violence, break ins, theft etc Rats, lots of rats. They will chew the wires in your car and you will be stuck with the bill. Appliances my apartment are very cheap and they never work properly, as well as A/C. I also "enjoy" the sound of the neighbors doing their laundry at 2 am every night. Overall, horrible experience. will not advise anyone to rent here! they are other BETTER apartment complexes in DTC. I have lived at Griffis at Belleview Station (previously Enclave) for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it. They are super pet friendly and was one of few properties in the Denver area to allow my friend's German Shepherd! It's right off the highway which gives easy access to essentially anywhere and it's in the heart of the DTC area which is nice. An added bonus is the light rail station is within walking distance! Management has been amazing. I'm convinced Marcia knows everyone that lives here by name (: Maintenance is great too! Super quick to respond to any issue and friendly. read more

An OK renting experience during the stay, soured by frivolous move out charges. Griffis (formerly Enclave) has reasonable amenities but is constructed using very cheap materials. Expect to hear your neighbors through the walls with unacceptable clarity. Being semi-close to the Bellview Light Rail Station is probably the largest draw, but Griffis is way overpriced considering there is nothing else within walking distance and you essentially live in the 'burbs. The worse part was the nickle and diming where they overcharged absurd prices for some VERY minor cleaning. For example they charged us $75 for pet stain cleanings and a pet was NEVER in the apartment and there were no sizable stains whatsoever. We put considerable effort into leaving it in a reasonably clean condition. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of alternatives. read more

Before moving to the Enclave at Belleview Station nearly two years ago I struggled to find an apartment complex that truly made me feel at home. Not only have the amazing staff and maintenance team shown complete and total urgency with any and all issues I have reported but they have been kind, courteous, and understanding. The ladies at the leasing office are beyond friendly and feel more like a family than anything else. The community is always well maintained and groomed, making it the most inviting of living spaces I have found in Denver. I would recommend the Enclave to the closest of my family and friends any day of the week. read more
