I had the pleasure of living at this apartment complex for over 4 years, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Graham and Justin, in particular, provide top customer service and are genuinely kind people. They were always available to address any concerns or questions that I had, and they truly do care about the residents. I have lived in quite a few apartment complexes and this level of concern for residents is very rare. It was one of my favorite things about living at Griffis Lodo. RENOVATIONS - One of the highlights of the apartment complex is the beautiful new upgrades to the units. The apartments have been recently renovated, and they look absolutely stunning! I was proud to live in a complex that was always really well-maintained, clean, and taken care of. COMMUNITY - What sets this complex apart from others is its smaller size, which creates a close-knit community atmosphere. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, contributing to a warm and inviting vibe. It was refreshing to live in a place where you can easily strike up a conversation with your neighbors and forge genuine connections. The sense of community here is truly special. LOCATION - The location of the complex is also worth mentioning. It is conveniently situated in a good location, providing easy access to essential amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. Whether you need to run errands or explore the surrounding area, everything is within reach. There are some negative comments on here, and since I lived in the complex for years I can help explain some of those. Those were in what I call the PJ (Pre-Justin) era. Rest assured that if there is an issue, Justin will make sure it's fixed. Honestly, they should make him CEO of Griffis. He is that good. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex to anyone seeking a beautiful and welcoming place to call home. I recently moved, but it was not because I was unhappy. This place is fantastic. I was in Denver visiting my brother who lives on the 5th floor of the Griffs LoDo, so getting to stay in one of the guest units on the 3rd floor was very ideal. I was traveling with my 2 year old for the first time so I was expecting it to be a bit stressful but it couldn't have been better! The location is money if youre interested in enjoying Denver at all, and especially so if you like being able to just walk where you're going. The building and unit were tasteful and far nicer than the price point, great value there. But the friendliness and the support of the staff was really something else. I assumed I would not have a crib for my daughter to sleep in-- I mentioned I'd have a toddler with me tho and boom, a high quality pop up crib was provided. I had a bad flight delay on my last day, thought I'd have to just go spin my wheels with my kid for hours at DIA-- nope, staff happily granted me a very generous later check out. I know the late check out isn't possible when new guests are incoming, but I got lucky and the staff was very cool about it. There were also inquiries from the staff after I checked in as to whether I needed anything else to get my kid squared away. Also, re the quality of the building-- the walls and windows-- I just so happened to be there the night of Game 5 when the Nuggets won the championship. Any parent knows that anything that might disturb their toddlers sleep is a terror, and it was bedlam in Denver that night with screaming and hours of honking horns AND I COULDNT HEAR ANY OF IT IN OUR UNIT. What are those windows made of?? So grateful for those windows. I highly recommend you stay here. read more

Highly Recommend - Amazing Team & Top-Tier Amenities! I lived at Griffis LoDo for five years, experiencing three different ownership and management teams during that time. Out of all the transitions, I can confidently say that Brianna and Nina have made the most positive impact on this community. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for residents truly set them apart, and I greatly appreciate everything they've done to make this place feel like home. Beyond the incredible team, the amenities here are top-of-the-line--the gym is fantastic, the co-working spaces and meeting pods are a game-changer for remote work, and the pool/hot tub area is perfect for fun summer days and nights. The newly renovated apartments are absolutely beautiful, and if you're lucky enough to snag one of the units with floor-to-ceiling windows, you'll get breathtaking views that make the space feel even more special. While I moved into a home that's three times the size as my last apartment, I can honestly say I'll miss this place! My daughter recently moved from San Diego to Denver and has rented an apartment in Griffis LoDo. The location is fantastic, the building is beautiful, as is her apartment, and the amenities are amazing. Most of all, however, has been the service provided by the leasing staff, particularly Nina Curro. She guided us through the application smoothly, seamlessly, and gracefully, quickly taking care of any issues which arose. In addition, we had originally applied for a particular apartment online without having visited the complex, but when we looked more closely, we determined that a different floor plan might be more suitable. When we arrived in Denver, we asked Nina if changing our choice was an option and she went out of her way to give us a thorough tour of the entire complex and the facilities as well as every available apartment in our price range, leading us to find one that we much preferred. She expedited the change then and there and we moved in that afternoon. This review is for the Staff at Griffis LoDo and mainly targeted towards Graham as a thank you for your help recently. I just wanted to state he is an amazing and caring leasing consultant and nothing but kind and caring of your needs here. We unfortunately had an incident with our car battery dying due to a parasitic drain and Graham took the time from his other work to help us out and drive his car down the garage to help jumpstart our car. Unfortunately, after trying to jump the car for about a half hour it still would not start, so he then made sure we were set up to with another gate entry sticker to allow us to use a rental car while ours had to be taken into the shop to find where the drain was coming from. He then for the next few days when he saw us would ask how it was going until we were able to get our car fixed. read more

I recently moved into Griffis LoDo and am already thrilled to be living here. The location is amazing, 5 minute walk to Ball Arena, 5 minute walk to Whole Foods and Union Station. The amenities such as the gym, pool, and resident lounge feel upscale. Brianna and the leasing office staff are wonderful to work with and responsive to any requests. Brianna also took time to drop off the mail key to my front door after making a copy the same day. The Monday after moving in I noted a few things that needed to be fixed in my apartment. Ruben was at my door that same day with a smile and worked quickly to get the issues addressed. I would recommend this complex to anyone who wants to be conveniently located in the heart of the city and have a management team that is eager to help. read more

I moved to Denver this year , and my first concern was to find a place that would accommodate all my needs . Gladly my husband rented a unit at Griffis , our big hit was get a place close to work , the location is superb and the apartment is beyond and above all the expectations , the units are super clean , I love the concrete ceiling , bathroom is to dye for . Adding, all the staff on site are friendly and helpful, I also want to give a shoutout to Brianna , she's the most kind and very responsive , anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt service . whether it is changing light bulbs or servicing the plumbing and electricity. While helping my daughter pick out her perfect new apartment we were pleasantly surprised and impressed with Griffis Lodo. The leasing agent, Brianna G, was extremely helpful and courteous. Not only did she answer ALL of our many questions, she took the time to show us multiple apartments and all amenities. Brianna even went out of her way to answer more questions over the phone and showed us apartments for the second time after we looked at others in the area. Oh goodness, where to start. I had to get my AC fixed twice and my closet bar came down one night and now my toilet in my apartment had not been flushing right. The maintenance (shoutout to Nelson!) have been fantastic! They are super quick to respond, get the job done and are super friendly and always professional. I literally would not know what to do without them and they have saved me. I came to Colorado to visit my girl friend who lives here. While i was visiting her the maintenance guy Cliff came to do a work order. He was very professional, nice and came to do the work so quickly! I was also impressed by the building over all. The community is really clean and all the amenities are awesome! read more

Griffis acquired the property around a year ago and the new staff has been more that accommodating with any questions an needs.
