Zac handled my daily calls and was so accommodating when we needed to move In 1 day ahead. We arrived and Andrew was fantastic! Made us feel so welcomed and he explained entire process to us and provided us with many tips. Great service! Unit is super nice and place was very clean. Washer and dryer right in the unit! Not really a big fan of Graham anymore or this place. Bronwyn and the entire maintenance staff is amazing. I've been having communications issues ever since I wrote my raving review. They have messed up my charges and I was charged a fee of $55 total between my bank and this complex. When I asked if I could speak to someone about it and just have their fee waived suddenly no one wants to answer my emails. Actually, anytime I message the office through the app. I actually never hear back. I have to physically go up there and do everything and Graham was really not friendly or warm about it at all. Griffis North Union - Our beautiful loft! - Apartments Near Me - Denver, Colorado

This place is absolutely awful. That's my summary. You don't need to read the rest unless you want to. Let me preface my review by saying that I chose Griffis North Union based on the many 4 or 5 star reviews I read on Google, Yelp, Apartment Ratings, etc. discussing how it was a great place to live back in March 2023. I've lived in six apartments around downtown, and because of the neighborhood, the positive reviews, the interactions with the original staff, and the tour I took, I signed a 14-month lease. It has never been remotely close to a four or five star place to live in my time here. It takes a certain amount of BS for me to ever consider taking the time to write a negative review. Griffis North Union has far exceeded that level of BS, and I don't want others to fall into a similar situation. In my time here, we've had CONSTANT turnover of staff, and the staff has been mostly terrible throughout. The residents struggle to get even the smallest requests addressed around the building, and the staff will not proactively do ANYTHING. As of this very moment, both north elevators are broken -- and have been for over two months, our only garage door has been removed for a month now with no communication on when it will return, the two (very) small areas for dogs are covered in dogshit (this is a regular occurrence as it happens at least a few days every week), there are dogshit stains in at least two of the indoor stairwells -- both having been unaddressed for months, and at least three of the gates around the building are broken to the point where they regularly either don't latch or unlatch correctly. So for me, for over seven months now, anytime I go to leave the apartment, the nearest elevator has been broken, the nearest stairwell has dogshit stains, the nearest gates on both sides of the north courtyard are frequently malfunctioning, and now, if I leave in my vehicle, the garage door is missing. That is what I deal with every single day at Griffis North Union with no explanation as to when any of it will be addressed despite repeatedly requesting. Considering these are our "homes," it's quite pathetic the level of effort we get from the staff. While the staff is typically understanding and friendly toward your concerns, it comes off as mostly fake when there's no effort or follow-through after discussions with them. I can fully understand that things break and dogs have accidents, but there seems to be a pattern of complete apathy from the staff regardless of how long they stay employed here. Nothing ever gets fixed or addressed in a timely fashion -- if it gets fixed or addressed at all. I can't wait for my lease to end so I can move away and never deal with Griffis Residential again. If you're moving to this area, I'd suggest living at The Casey over any Griffis property on any given day of the week. Good luck with your search. TLDR - Don't live here. read more

5-star specifically because of the best maintenance person I've had the pleasure of being helped by. Abel, our maintenance man is a DREAM COME TRUE. You can tell how much he cares about the residents, and how deeply it affects him when something doesn't work out for a tenant. I've seen the man sweating just from running back and forth to make sure he's communicating with you face to face and bringing exactly what you need when you need it fixed. THIS is what you call a hard working, dedicated person. Reward this man or truly all is lost in this world. You cannot find better than him anywhere. His knowledge, his ability to empathize and take action, his immediacy and his communication are unmatched. I have literally had conversations at the pool with OTHER RESIDENTS who absolutely love him. We all know him by name that's how much impact he has with the residents here. Do not EVER let this man go, don't take his hard work for granted, give him a raise, a promotion, whatever you need to keep him in this building, you NEED him and that is not an understatement. He has significantly improved our quality of life in an apartment that constantly causes us problems and does all he can to help us with what he has to work with. The man is god sent. read more

I came in last minute hunting for any apartment I could find and they showed me the most beautiful unit that met all my needs! Within 24 hrs I toured the apartment, got all my questions answered, got my lease signed and keys in hand! RUN! I wish I could give this place zero stars. This building has the potential to be a nice place, but the management, lack of care for the facility and disrespect for renters will/have ran this place into the ground faster than they can attempt to do 'damage control'. To start, I had to move in a day late, as my apartment was not clean (paint all over the floors, which is still there), dust/grime and there was even urine in the toilet when I came to do my walk-through. I was here with my full moving truck and 4 of my friends (who had also taken the day off to help me move) when I had to send them all home because the apartment was that filthy and unkept for my move in! I had to come back the next day to move in and thank God they agreed to pay for movers to bring my stuff in from the truck the next day for the mishap, or I would have been screwed. Awesome start, I wish I would have ran then. It gets worse. I have put in multiple maintenance requests, to which not one has ever been completed correctly or in a timely manner, which has resulted in multiple missed days of work- only to have the work done half-assed and me having to take another day off to have the work corrected. The elevators are broken down constantly and they claim the parts to repair take 6 weeks to come in and they won't back-stock parts because they are too "expensive". The first week that I moved in, there were 3 broken doors into the buildings that STAYED broken for weeks. They have been marked with signs to "use other door" but can still just be pulled open with no fob needed- resulting in people (homeless people) just coming in and out of the building without presenting a fob or calling a resident to be buzzed in for access... the homeless sleep in the building under the stairs, in the courtyards and steal from the garages. The parking garage door was nonexistent (removed and on order) when I signed my lease, no one mentioned that to me before move-in, but I was still expected to pay full price for 'secure' parking. Their excuse for this was that they had hired courtesy patrol, whom literally sit in their cars playing on their phones or are driving down our street at ungodly speeds for no reason- it's embarrassing. Don't mind the Punisher badges on everything. There have been numerous cars broken into and bikes/motorcycles stolen while patrol has been here. When contacted, they said to "file a police report" and "we don't have security cameras because they don't stop criminals, they only deter them". Since there are NO CAMERAS criminals have free-reign and take full advantage, even having the time to saw through "u" locks. Furthermore, we had a community discussion board where the residents could comment/communicate regarding the community and what is going on (positive, concerns, questions). Residents were rightfully upset about multiple things and so Management has now LOCKED down the page so that all comments and posts have to be approved by them first. Also, anything the residents post, concerns or questions, are only answered with the following statement: "If you have any questions I would love to discuss your concerns individually". Ummm???!!!! What??! I'm sorry, but we are all adults, have the right to know the answer and don't have the time to come by and sit in your office to be given excuses, individually. There are no/limited trash cans in the "amenity" areas and hallways which obviously result in them being trashed with food wrappers, beer bottles and dog poop/pee (you read that right). They finally added some dog poop bins to the front of the building because people wouldn't pick up the poop since there was nowhere to put it. However, because there are NO trash cans (other than the trash chute rooms inside the building which are alsdisgusting), the dog trash cans become beer trash and then they are always full and there is stuff everywhere- cans and feces alike. Impressive amounts, actually! As far as a dog run or a place to let your dog use the restroom- there is none other than tiny patches of dead grass with poop all over them which have caused multiple dogs to catch giardia. If staff or management promises you anything, ever, you are better off letting it go in one ear and out the other as they will NEVER hold up their end of the deal. Furthermore, the leasing staff and maintenance team have new people every two months because the turnover is so high. On multiple occasions I have also walked in on staff degrading or talking about people who live here thinking no one is around. It is so bad that anytime you are on the elevator with someone who lives here they ask you how bad you hate it and when you 'get' to leave. Yikes! I could go on for days, but have better things to do. In short, do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY! I hate to leave a review like this, but I owe the Yelp community an honest review of my time here. read more

I was so relieved when I moved out after fifteen months of living here. Pros: 1. Maintenance is A+. 2. HUGE elevators. +1 for having 2+ elevators in the entire building. This might seem trivial until you've lived in buildings with itty bitty elevators while needing to lug your bike or move furniture. 3. Gorgeous and modern interior. 4. It was a 5-min walk to the King Soopers on 20th and Chestnut and 10-min walk to the Whole Foods. 5. Since I don't have a car, proximity to Union Station was awesome. It was easy going to and from Boulder and Vail for hiking trips. Cons: 1. Noise 24/7 stemming from: street racers on 20th, cargo trains passing by at 2 AM during weekdays, bass blasting from upstairs neighbor on the weekend, people talking in the courtyard, fire alarms going off at all hours of the day on multiple occasions alerting of NO fires, domestic fights happening at 8 PM in the alleyway, maintenance crew hosing down the pet pads outside, maintenance crew leaf blowing at 8 AM, etc. Mind you, I lived on the third floor. I'm pretty sure there there was little to no insulation in the apartment since I could hear everything going on outside of my apartment. Fun anecdote, I bumped into my next door neighbor who just moved into his apartment and he asked me if it was usual for there to be banging from upstairs late at night. I had to break it to him that unfortunately, if you're not living on the top floor, you're out of luck with upstairs neighbors. 2. There is no good side to live in this apartment complex. If you're not facing the 3 alleyways, you're facing the construction of a 13-stories apartment complex. I don't know about you, but I never got used to the beeping noise of the trucks as my alarm clock. 3. Management was dismissive of noise complaints. I called in multiple times about upstairs neighbors and those complaints were never addressed. Management will send out long essays about pet owners picking up after their own pets' waste in common areas but never an essay about how you would be fined for causing disturbances at 12 AM. There's not much that they can do about the poor construction of the apartment leading to lots of noise pollution, but the least they can do is discourage tenants from being unpleasant. 4. Common areas are disgusting because of the pet owners who have chosen to live in this apartment complex. There's always a stench in the alleyway and on the sidewalks in front of the building. Not a day go by when I didn't see at least one pile of poop on the sidewalk, and that's with daily diligent cleaning from the maintenance staff. There are 2 tiny peeing and pooping pads in the alleyway that I've seen 2 people used in the 15-month that I've lived here. This is not the apartment complex to house dogs. There is no green space surrounding the complex. The closest park requires crossing a massive and insanely busy intersection, and then it's at least another 15 min walk. It's concrete everywhere. I sympathized with all the dogs I've come across living here; ESPECIALLY THE BIG DOGS. Please for the love of god don't move your Bernese mountain dog into this apartment. 5. The location is so good but also so bad at the same time. Due to Denver's obsession with cars, the Ballpark neighborhood to which this apartment belongs is a miserable place for pedestrians. Due to the proximity to an i-25 ramp and the insanity of 20th ave, I was smelling exhaust all day every day here. It became an unpleasant and dangerous place to walk because of the traffic noise, exhaust fumes, and drivers' mildly homicidal anger. The intersection of 20th and Chestnut sucks; I've seen quite a few close calls of drivers turning hastily almost into pedestrians crossing. There's not a lot of respect going around within the road users of this section (a thing I would also extrapolate to all of Denver) because everyone is stressed all the time. Anyways, my advice is don't live here. Find a place in Highlands or Lohi that offer the downtown walkability; there's plenty of apartments in the price range of what Griffis will quote you. read more

Package room is also hard to get to if you're trying to pick one up on the way home (it's in a dead-end area of the garage). This place has so much potential, with time it will be a solid apartment building! *Updating review after speaking with a phenomenal corporate representative! Sound- If all you're looking for is a solid apartment unit this is good. The great thing about this place is that the walls are thick, I cannot hear my neighbors on either side. Occasionally I can hear bass from the neighbor below. The inside of your unit is good! Most people are respectful out in courtyards! Amenities- Even before COVID had happened I had to go to the front office and ask them to bring in more sanitation wipes as they were not stocked in the workout room. We were promised a hot tub in June of 2019. We still do not have a functioning hot tub and it is June 2020. Even if we did we would not be able to use it as our apartment has not opened up any amenities yet and will not tell their residents why they have not. (UPDATE: spoke with a corporate rep and she was SUPER helpful with communicating what was going on!) Pool is kind of small for the amount of residents that live here as is the workout room, but if you go at the right time you're good! Printer room is nice however they were out of ink 3 times I attempted to use it and did not have any on hand to replace it with, upside not many people seem to use it so it is usually open. Security- they have a guard around from 6pm-6am. The ones I have seen have been very nice! However, people continuously complain about bikes being stolen in the locked garage as well as cars broken into. I have not experienced any theft personally, though. There is always one entrance door or gate that doesn't seem to be working properly- doesn't close all the way to lock or just doesn't latch/lock. Communication- false promises :( We were told in May of last year that the staging ground for the new building behind ours would be a dog park. See attached picture, it isn't. It is a 9 story parking garage and growing. Miscommunications happen here... We were also told common area fire alarms would sound on a Monday, they went off the following Tuesday with no email explanation why or an apology for miscommunication after. (UPDATE- after reaching out, Griffin North Union took responsibility and apologized) I've lived here for 11 months and just found out there is an app that allows you to let people in. Only found out because they threatened to cut all resident's personal key boxes on the outside of the building. I wish I would've known this before even buying a key box for my Rover sitter, would've saved time and money. Cleanliness- the inside is well maintained! Elevators might not work all the time but they are always very clean! If you're okay with the brief scent of dog pee near the entry doors outside, the rest of the building is very tidy! Maintenance- very speedy maintenance requests. The crew who fixes the requests is the best here, they are so friendly! People/Residents- the people who live here are great! A good mix of ages of responsible adults. It doesn't seem like you're living in a frat house which is great! Recycling/trash- trash shoots are convenient on every floor. However, you need to go to the lower garage to take out recycling. I have seen several people toss recycling into trash because of this- very sad! No recycling bins next to trash cans either. Would be nice to have by the pool for all the people who drink next to it. General- The "office/lobby" area that separates the two halves of the building is locked before and after their hours and you cannot go from one side of the building to the other on the first floor. Very annoying having to go outside in the dark during the winter or go up to second floor then back down to the first to get my mail on the other side. Once you get it figured out though it is doable. The location of this place in unbeatable- walkable to King Soopers, bars and baseball games. Very safe and quiet neighborhood, everyone is always out walking. Your apartment unit will be great! We LOVED our tour, we LOVED the first couple months here. Unfortunately we kind of got screwed over when signing... We decided to pay extra than our original budget because this place offered all of our must haves on our apartment list. However, months into the lease we did not get said perks. The thought of leaving breaks our heart, the reason considering leaving is because we do not feel that we get what we pay for. If we can figure out a way to move apartments or get what we originally thought we would we would hands down stay. I moved in about a month ago and couldn't be happier with the complex and the staff. Prior to move in Sergio was helpful, honest and made sure everything went smoothly. I talk to Justin (front desk) and Marcela (manager) every morning when I get coffee. They are not only my dogs best friend's, but are very open and clear about any concerns I have had. I have not seen a glimpse of the dirty or love lacked building in the pictures. In fact I have spoken to Marcela for an extended period of time about how they are working with the city to expand the grass areas and allow of irrigation. For now the grass is usually clean and the staff does what they can to keep them clean when owners do not. I have and will continue to recommend Griffis North Union. read more

I've been enjoying my time here. After living in a lot of apartments in a lot of cities, I've seen my share of places. I think the biggest pro to GNU is how quiet it is. This may be based on where my unit faces (I face an interior courtyard). I know some of the units are facing new construction, so I'm not sure the quiet comment applies to that side. But I sometimes feel like I'm the only one who lives here, it's that quiet. I appreciate the parking garage, as someone who's horrible at parking/has never learned how to parallel park. I've seen some prior reviews about the garage door not being reliable or shut, but I haven't seen that. It feels secure down there. Justin has been supportive, checking in during my first week to make sure my move-in had gone well. I had a few maintenance requests (toilet was a little wobbly, plug on porch wasn't opening). The guy who came by, Dan, was amazing. He fixed everything and took his time to ask if everything else was working. I appreciated that little bit--asking if there was anything else he could take care of (there wasn't). The unit itself is quite nice. I know a lot of Denver apartments are similar, and GNU is no exception. I've got a two bedroom, 2 baths, and both bathrooms are HUGE. My closet is also absurdly large; it's big enough that I was able to put my large dresser + shoe rack in there with plenty of room to spare. The rainfall showers are nice too. I also appreciate the large windows and big patio (some of the patios do look smaller, but mine has plenty of room for two chairs, a table, and plant racks. Proximity to King Soopers is *amazing.* It's also an easy walk to Union Station, though it feels a little tucked away (in a nice way) from the hustle and bustle of LoDo. read more

I'm moving out this week after living a full 13 months here so feel like I can leave an honest review at this point. PROS-- Staff-- Everyone that works in the front office has been great since the new management has changed over. The only stars given are for the people that work here, as they certainly do what they can to make living here an enjoyable experience. My questions are answered promptly and they're always extremely friendly when I grab a package or enter a maintenance request. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and the cleaning staff is always doing what they can to make the building look and feel clean. Location-- Amazing location! Walk to Coors Field or any bar in ~10-15 minutes. Grocery stores (King Soopers and Whole Foods) within blocks. Apartment itself-- Great build out, never had any issues inside the apartment. Wood floors, all nice appliances. CONS-- Safety-- My car was broken into and my bike was stolen from the parking garage where we have a security patrol from 6PM-6AM every night. Their job is to patrol not only the garage but the outside entry ways of the building which is a constant issue. Entry door locks are constantly broken, giving anyone access to the building and the gates to the courtyards are always left open. One can't expect to live in a secure building or have great security when the most basic components aren't working. There either needs to be more security hired or better security systems installed. I get that I live downtown and this is to be expected to some extent but safety needs to be the top priority for this reason alone. Trash/Dog waste--IT IS EVERYWHERE. The people that live here just leave trash all over the building--the parking garage, hallways, outside, everywhere. I feel awful for the maintenance and cleaning staff having to constantly clean up after everyone. They work tirelessly to clean the building. Not only is there trash left everywhere but there is dog waste all over as well...even in the parking garage. There were new dog bag stands installed outside and I thought that'd help, but people are still irresponsible and you have to constantly watch where you step outside. Maybe the building can implement some sort of fining system to help alleviate the issue. Noise--This building is just loud...but honestly the noise is due to the shitty construction of the building. I've called the security line a few times due to loud music from my neighbors and they're extremely quick to respond, thankfully. The new staff was brought into a really tough situation due to the poor management company they took over for. However, the new management company needs to step up their game overall--they have a great staff, but give them the tools to make this building a great place to live! read more

Not perfect, but what is? Hubby and I have lived here for over a year. The community has gone through so many employees, it's hard to know who is coming and who is going at this point; however, current management does seem to be trying to make the place better, so that's nice. I know many reviewers say this building is loud, but I honestly find it quite the opposite. I don't know if its because of where we live (facing closer to the alley) or what, but I haven't been woken up too many times due to noise and we do live Downtown, so noise is expected... Parking is pretty great in this area if you have a parking permit, which both my husband and I do. It's expensive, but worth it. There was a recent issue with parking due to re-striping and cleaning the garage which was a pain, but it worked out and all is good again. I do think that there could be improvements made, but what community doesn't need them? For the price, this community is very nice. My husband and I looked at nearly EVERY apartment community around here and this one was the best. Nothing is perfect. Yes, sometimes the lights burn out, and people don't pick up their dog waste. Shit... literally happens. The trash rooms are small and therefore quite smelly. What do you expect? It's a room full of trash, it isn't going to smell like a rose garden. I do have a few suggestions that I hope the new management team will consider. The fact that the lobby closes is unfortunate for a few reasons: 1. Getting packages on time. I work near DU and sometimes don't get off work until after 5:00 pm, so it's a struggle to get here by 6:00 pm to get my packages. It would be nice if the lobby could stay open until 7:00 OR just let it be open 24 hours and have a concierge desk. Now THAT would be awesome, especially for late-night Postmates deliveries. :) 2. It would be nice to be able to lounge in that space sometimes. To take my book and just read in a comfy chair. Yes, we have the media room, but I look at that room like a place where people should game and/or watch movies. Not the most conducive space for reading. 3. Use of the computer or printers is limited by the lobby closing and sometimes it is imperative that I get something printed or if my wi-fi is down, so it's nice to have a place to take care of those things. When we moved in, we were told there would be a dog run within the year. That obviously hasn't happened. On the website it says there is an "off-leash dog park" but there is really just a small patch of grass, dirt, and gravel that no dog wants to run on. People often park their cars there as well, which defeats the purpose of having a dog space. It's not enclosed so I don't really feel comfortable letting my dog off leash to run around. The pool is very small for the size of the community. We don't even have a hot tub. *fingers crossed* we get one... or two, because that would be awesome. Fitness center is on the smaller side too. Would be nice to have a space dedicated to yoga instead of trying to do tree pose right up next to the cable machine. All in all, I do like living here. It is conveniently close to everything, especially the light rail if I need to go somewhere farther. The people who are currently working in the leasing office seem to really care and do try their best to do their jobs well. read more

Let me start with the cheap appliances that are always needing to be fixed or worked on and for a " luxury apartment complex" that's a joke. Second if you do plan on renting out one of the " private" rooms for $50 be aware that management will walk in and question your group about what you are doing. Lastly with the construction going on right outside say goodbye to opening your windows and enjoying your Mon-Fri. There's also a roof project going on too for god knows how long so if you do plan on moving to the top floor they love to start right at 6 am and throw heavy stuff around, stomp around to wake you up.. read more

Do not move here. For the cost you can get better. Health code violations since you have to walk through trash water in the garage to get to the elevator, safety violations with crumbling outdoor staircases, glass everywhere in the garage floor, if you have a dog walking with you from your car to any elevator, they will step on glass. My dog has been cut already. They shut down amenities and refused to open even though all other Denver apt buildings reopened their amenities. They force you to take your dog in a dark, homeless infested alley to go to the bathroom, and they rarely replace the glass, so your dog is standing in dead grass with poop no one cleans. The fire pits can only be used if you get the key from the office, which closes at 6pm. So it's great if you want to sit by a fire pit when the office is open. The manager, Marcela is a constant liar and many others in the building can verify. She's a bully, she won't let anyone write on the company messenger until she reviews it. If it was a good building, you wouldn't have to silence the resident, which she does. If you'd like pictures of the above violations I can provide them for you. We signed up to an apartment with seeing it, but on move day we walked in and it wasn't quite right. Marcela sorted us out a new apartment within the hour! UNCLEAN, UNSAFE, INHOSPITABLE: After living in the building for more than one year, I have amended my initial review. I have found the building to be unclean, unsafe, and inhospitable. First, my heating and cooling system was broken nearly the entire time I lived here. Each time I switched from cool to heat or reverse, I had to call maintenance, who did not respond right away. It was not until a year later that management fixed the problem, requiring me to leave my apartment for two full work days, causing great expense and inconvenience. Second, my bike and several others were stolen from the bike racks on the lower level of the garage and my car was broken into twice. Third, the courtyards and outside common areas smell of urine and feces. There were feces in the courtyard next to the outdoor grill for several days. Fourth, the building manager, Marcela, is inflexible, rude, and lacks any semblance of customer-service skills. Each time I have approached her with a question, she has been argumentative and defensive without taking the time to listen to the issue. PACKAGES STOLEN AND MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY: When you take a tour of the building, the leasing agent will inform you that packages are managed by an outside vendor called Fetch or taken to the front desk for safekeeping. That is an outright lie. The switch to Fetch was mismanaged and miscommunicated, resulting in residents' packages being dumped in the mailrooms, which are common areas. I have had three packages stolen from the mailroom even before the Fetch system was implemented, one of which cost $600. Management insists that they are not responsible, despite the fact that they had previously communicated that packages would either be returned to the seller or turned over to Fetch for distribution, which was a lie. Moreover, the Fetch address is different from the building address, which means that gifts sent to residents during the holidays are dumped in the mailrooms without any notice to them. TERRIBLE LEASE AND PREDATORY PRACTICES: If you decide to live in this building, you should read the contract closely and carefully. It is EXTREMELY unfavorable to tenants. Further, management will fine you $50 a day if you are four days late on your rent. My rent payment once failed to go through because of a problem with the building's online processing system (a very common occurrence). However I did not know that it hadn't gone through and had never paid my rent late. One day, I came home and there was a demand letter on my door for exorbitant late fees. It made me think that the "processing error" was intentional so that the building management could collect their ridiculous late fees. POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE EITHER NOT LIVED IN THE BUILDING OR JUST MOVED IN: Pay attention to the fact that most of the positive reviews here and elsewhere are from people who either never lived in the building or have lived in the building for a short time. I would caution you against choosing this building or any other property managed by Griffis Residential. There are many other choices in the area and this one appears to be run by a predatory corporation and managed by an inhospitable and inflexible person read more

Kevin from the management office was an absolute rockstar!! Among a handful of other hiccups, my partner and I planned to move in with a third roommate, who had to back out at the very last minute. Without missing a beat, Kevin was able to show and get us into another unit with the same move-in date. Although I'm sure it was stressful, Kevin was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional through it all! Lovely apartment, great location, friendly people. I put in an application and deposit down on an apartment, but ended up going with a different apartment. In the large print it sounds like you get your $100 deposit back, and the apartment keeps the $250 application fee plus hold fee. In reality I was told that they will keep the full $350, and that the $100 deposit is only refundable in the first 24 hours after filling out the application. My wife and I have spent a year living here and we just renewed our lease to the end of 2020. Terrific location, great staff, and comfortable living. We haven't had any issues and have only been treated with respect by the staff. In walking distance of this apartment are grocery stores, whiskey bar and rooftop patio, a sushi restaurant, and a tasty pizza joint. If you choose to live here, you will enjoy the urban living, proximity to Union Station, and being in the center of the thriving city of Denver. read more
