Since the person who sold me, the house made this decision, it was a wrong one. Rotor - Rooter had been to my house regarding a plumbing issue in the bathroom. Yes, one that was supposed to be fixed! Decided to have the plumber come out again, resolving basement and I can say everything was fixed the first time around with a 10 year guarantee. (The other company repaired the wrong pipe).
