The grout matched perfectly and the sealant has lasted into 2025 with no issues. They also completed the project in a week. In 2024, we hired them back to fix all the issues we had with our master bathroom remodel that was done at the same time by another company. This other well-known Indianapolis company had to rip out our tile twice as they couldn't line it up, put the wrong tile in, and couldn't lay it straight. Brewer came back to reattach the corner seat that had fallen off, re-leveled the threshold as the glass door was hard to close, and redid the grout on the shower floor and all the sealant in the shower as the sealant had completely come off. We purchased thousands of dollars of flooring from floors to your home. It became apparent that the price per sq foot that is advertised is not what you end up paying as all of the lots of flooring contain close to 20% less than ordered. Then one of the largest quantities of flooring we bought was mostly unusable as it was broken and has splintering ends on top of being short on square footage. The racket is that you are encouraged to buy a significant percent over your square footage to be able to account for product issues, then the boxes are thinned. Most customers don't notice the shortage. But you end up paying retail prices for reject or unusable material. I saw this Yelp review before buying. Unfortunately I did not catch that they had another set of Yelp reviews where they reported the business as CLOSED probably because of the 2.5 star rating. All of the boxes I received had product removed and had clearly been tampered with. Jeff K. s claims in his responses are just false. They do open the boxes. The boxes are open and damaged when you get them and have been taped or re glued shut, or the ends are pulled open far enough that all of the boards on that end could be removed. You get LESS product than you ordered. From the reviews it looks like the product is tampered with and shuffled around in some way so the customers going to the brick and mortar store get either a. more product or b. the better pieces, while the real garbage is handed off to contractors picking up customer orders and to internet buyers. I am not in their stock room. I do can not tell you how they are doing it, but when customer after customer comes up short on product when they've ordered extra, the product isn't vanishing into thin air at the customer's home. read more

Yes the pieces are generally seconds meaning you only get the good sections of the original piece however the prices are incredible compared to retail.
