He is laidback and very friendly. However he is not so laidback that he doesn't know his business. With Mariner"s new streamlined electronic system, I no longer had to sign duplicates of 20 or more pages. EVERYTHING is done electronically. Unlike times past where it took more than an hour to sign endless paperwork, with their new system and Tiwan's expertise, I was in and out in less than an hour.
