So, I figured I'd make a pit stop before getting on the road. I was told the restroom was closed for security reasons. Really, what the what? I've been a member of the credit union for over 30 years and I've been using this branch since it opened. This is the first time I was not allowed to use the restroom. That is unacceptable.

Previously I had been approved for a loan with this company with a credit score in the 600's. This time I was asking for $2000 less and have a 700+ credit score. Their response was "maybe our policies have changed since then". She couldn't provide the exact verbiage in the new policy nor provide a date that it changed. Left me hangin when I needed emergency funds until 2 other companies approved me with no issue. I am thankful for the anlternate options I had. To each their own but I prefer consistency and will not patronize One Main Financial again.

The customer service representative never called me back despite over 30 calls for service. Multiple calls to the nationwide customer service number have been unreturned despite their policy of "24-48 hours." Despite the inconvenience and financial burden this will place on my business, I will be withdrawing all my money and closing the account this week. I would not recommend this financial for anything. Again, this review does not apply to the Bowie PNC branch but to PNC as a whole.

I felt like the machine was robbing me. Went into the bank. The teller retrieved my card but, of course, not my funds. The Teller's manager, not on site, said they could see the transaction in the system. But couldn't release my funds. Had to file a claim with my primary bank.
