Most outstanding in my mind is when I went in recently to have a troublesome nail removed and he told me he would not do it because he could not find a pulse in my ankle. He immediately referred me to a radiologist where it was revealed that I had a 90% blockage in my left leg. An angioplasty two weeks later solved the issue. Dr. Grillo's diagnosis and subsequent referrals to both the radiologist and surgeon probably saved me from massive complications on down the line. I will always be grateful for his care and I am glad he is on my personal health team.

She says she's never known a case for them not to. In the process of fitting the boot on my foot the girl actually was trying to decide which was the right boot for the left foot. As I tried to wear this it made my foot five times worse it seemed like my foot was facing outward as I'm trying to walk. I could not walk straight. After a couple days, I put it on my right foot. Walked around for a day I had no problems. Went in for my follow up appointment. Girls are charging me $40.52 for the boot, now saying insurance doesn't cover all of it. Also telling me that all boots are the same they go on either foot. girl at the front desk and the manager stood there basically calling me a liar saying that they did not tell me the boot was covered. One girl says there's a left and a right boot. The manager says that fits both feet. Really? I could not wear this boot and I had to pay for it. I canceled my appointment and walked out. I couldn't even get a word in edgewise they kept cutting me off, which made me get even louder and louder.I would have a general staff meeting and educate the whole staff on having the same correct information. On the other hand Dr. Krista was awesome! However, I will never return. They're sure are a lot of bad reviews about the staff!
