I had one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had with Dr. Grillon. He walked into the room without greeting me or acknowledging me as a patient, which immediately set a very uncomfortable tone. Throughout the visit, he was extremely rude and dismissive. He became visibly frustrated with me because the mouth guard kept slipping, something that was completely out of my control. Instead of offering help or adjusting his approach, he acted annoyed and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. No patient should ever be treated that way. The facility itself is outdated and unwelcoming, which only added to the negative experience. The only positive part of this visit was the nursing staff. The nurse assisting me was incredibly kind, professional, and even apologized on his behalf, which says a lot. She did her best to make me feel comfortable despite his behavior. I would not recommend Dr. Grillon to anyone. Patients deserve respect, basic courtesy, and professionalism, none of which were provided here. read more

This dentist office is extremely unprofessional. Do not go here. I was on hold for an hour and a half. Just trying to schedule an appointment. The lady answered the phone with her attitude after I told her I was on hold for 40 minutes not to mention she told me to wait in a call line and that it was two people ahead of me just for them to hang up the phone. Every time I call back, they hung the phone up if that don't scream unprofessional I don't know what does not to mention looking at the other reviews. Maybe there's a sign. I very rarely write reviews but I am just so thankful for all those that I just read on this site that I want to add my experience. My story is not that dramatic because I'm bailing on Dr. Grillon after visit #2. I had to wait months to get my first visit with him but it went okay. He explained what might be going on with my jaw and tinnitus. He referred me for an MRI. That first visit was uneventful. I did the MRI and had to wait weeks to get in for the second visit, which was today. He entered the exam room and told me that my [something] was "flattened." I didn't know what he meant. I am not a doctor (but I have a PhD). I asked for further explanation. It was, as they say, like pulling teeth. In his presence, I felt as if he thought I am stupid. He acted put upon that I asked question. He was condescending. He made it sound like my prognosis is grim and he was not the least bit reassuring that he could help me. He did not offer me a plan but rather I had to pull one out of him. I did not feel like he wanted to help or treat me. I did not feel safe. Now that I've read the other reviews on this site, I am glad that I walked out of his office without having given them my credit card for the appliance he recommended. I am not going back. Sadly. I have wasted months waiting to see him, all the while in pain, only to have to now start over again looking for another doctor. He needs to retire. read more

They deserve 0 stars which is not available or a sad face for review. After receiving the mouth guard from Dr. Grillon; the mouth guard needed to be adjusted, not only Dr. Grillon refused to adjust, but he also recommended that I do another sleep study. The sleep study doctor at the initial visit found out that there was a problem with the mouth-guard. So I went to see my original dentist for a second opinion; who told me that there's a problem with the mouth guard and must be sent back to the Lab for adjustments and repair. The LAB asked for the (Model/IMPRESSION). I contacted Dr. Grillon's office, but they informed me that they "disposed" my IMPRESSION. I became very furious as they should've given it to me to keep instead of trashing it. I paid the dentist $150 to do another IMPRESSION to send it to the LAB, plus an additional charge I had to pay for them to do so. Dr. Grillon's denied reimbursement for what I paid. I truly regret going to that office. It was my worst experience ever. I don't recommend him to anyone. read more

This man does not care about your health! He manipulated me, lied, and did his best to be a road block between me and my medical rights, and ripped off my insurance. I came to him after my dentist found a growth in the nerve of my mandible. Dr Grillon explained that my insurance would cover the initial exam, because it is dental, but not the surgery because the surgery is considered medical and he does not accept my medical insurance. He agreed to do the first exam and refer me for CT scan. Here's his scam: I noticed he had sent me to the Radiology center in his same building which is really far from my home so I asked him to switch it because I can literally walk to the one by my house. He refused, explaining that he is partnered with the one in his building and I have to use that one if I want him as my doctor. I told that he himself explained to me that he did not take my insurance and reminded him I would not be using him for the surgery. His response was "if you're not going to use me then find another doctor to recommend you to the place by your house!" So he took my money the first appointment, knowing I couldn't use him for the surgery, and then tried to block me from transferring out of the radiology center he is partnered with because he wouldn't make any more money off me. Why would he take my money for the first appointment if he knew he was going to make me do the appointment over again with another doctor?...unless his entire plan was to lock me in his network to get a kickback from his radiology partner and then try to trap me into paying him for the surgery! My insurance company explained that I have the MEDICAL RIGHT TO CHOOSE ANY FACILITY IN THE INSURANCE NETWORK. He still refused. I had to spend 4 hours on the phone and get elevated to 3 supervisors to find someone who could override this derelict doctor and literally change the facility on his own order and then resubmit it for him. All while I'm wondering if the growth is going to be cancer. Ask anyone who has been here, he makes you sign waaaaay more forms than any other doctor and they're mostly about payment and fees and fines. You feel like you're taking a loan from the bank. First visit went fine. I had a referral to have my three wisdom teeth removed. One was broken, but the others were okay. Dr Grillon asked me if removing all of them is what I wanted and not just what my dentist wanted. I was impressed that he asked that question. I asked about sedation and he said I wouldn't need it. "You will feel some pulling, but not any pain" Fast forward to the procedure. He moves very fast and explains nothing. I was feeling pain. Putting the local anesthetic in was murder. I literally cried! He questioned my pain throughout the procedure. Questioned me like he didn't believe me. "That's vibration you feel", he said. No, jerk. That's freaking you sawing my tooth in half and I can feel PAIN! The he says "oh yeah, there is a small infection under this tooth". Infections make the numbing process more difficult, but that's okay! I wasn't in any real pain, right? So, in a nutshell he is a cocky jerk. His "bedside" manner is horrible. I was involved in an accident and Dr. Grillon was the oral surgeon on duty, so I went to his office for a followup after I left the hospital for care of my broken bones and teeth in my mouth. Dr. Grillon is about as warm and fuzzy as a Grizzly bear. His temperament is similar as well. Initially, he seemed to be empathetic to my situation; the surgical resident at the hospital did an awful job in my mouth to the point where my top and bottom jaw did not align. Dr. Grillon manually adjusted my jaw (could have used a heads up on this), and sent me on my way. As I walked to the elevator, I noticed that the alignment was still slightly off--so I went back to have it fixed. You'd have thought I'd asked for his first born grizzly cub. He rudely tells me that I need to figure out what I want, is rough with the second adjustment, and then he walks out the room with no comment. I was in shock. I had just been involved in a horrendous accident and this doctor treated me like crap. I saw him one more time before reading online reviews, confirming my suspicions and high-tailed to another oral surgeon. This guy is a jerk. read more

First off let me preface this by saying I am a physician myself so I know how to deal with patients. The staff is uber RUDE, I had to reschedule my consultation and the receptionist would not let me reschedule without a reason-- Is she my mom?! (strike 1). The Dr. then talked to me for all of 2 minutes about why I needed all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed when only 1 is causing a problem- and he barely answered my questions (strike 2). Finally when I went back for my surgery I decided to have 2 teeth removed instead of 4 (the staff seemed like that bothered them), and when I went to pay they wanted to charge me the same amount for half the work! I had already called my insurance and they gave me a rough estimate (it's a set price for surgery) and let's just say they didn't match (strike 3). I canceled the surgery after I heard the Dr. arguing in the back with the billing woman about the numbers she herself quoted me on. She comes back 5 min later and says oops i forgot to charge you for extra anesthesia. Seriously?! Do NOT see this guy or you will be sorry. I would never treat a patient of mine this way, and I'm certainly gonna write a letter to my insurance company, in addition to creating this yelp profile so I can tell others about this horrible office. read more

I have been to this practice for a night guard and for wisdom tooth extraction. The most significant problem is that Dr. Grillon is brusque and shows no empathy. He can explain oral conditions in detail using models and pictures, but he does not respond to patient concerns. In having my night guard fitted, I indicated that it was putting such great pressure on several of my teeth that it was causing me discomfort. It also causes me to drool a great deal. Even after wearing the guard regularly, I still experienced these problems. Dr. Grillon never responded to my concerns. He told me that the guard had to fit tightly in order not to come loose overnight and cause a choking hazard. A year later I have an expensive ill-fitting guard and my teeth are very sore when I wake up in the morning. I also had a physical therapist confirm that, based on how my facial and cranial muscles are responding when I bite down with the guard in place, the appliance does not fit correctly. While sitting in the exam room for my most recent consultation, I realized that Dr. Grillon had done my wisdom teeth extraction many years before. I had a panic attack and started to cry as Dr. Grillon began pulling my teeth. He just kept on pulling anyway. Despite administration of twilight anesthesia, I was fully conscious and in a great deal of pain. My mother was so distressed that she left the waiting room because she could hear the noises I was making during the procedure. When the extraction was complete, Dr. Grillon swiftly and wordlessly left the room. Afterwards I developed two dry sockets, which was also painful. If you explore Dr. Grillon's reviews here and on other sites, you will see that lack of proper anesthesia is a common complaint. Most upsetting, Dr. Grillon is unprepared to accommodate latex allergies. While my chart is clearly marked to indicate latex allergy, I would have to remind him of this allergy at every visit. He once started to put on latex gloves before examining me, and I corrected him as I saw it happen. He then stormed from the room before returning with non-latex gloves. I'm glad I wasn't under anesthesia when this dangerous situation occurred! The office is also unprofessional. In my three recent visits I always witnessed Dr. Grillon having tense conflicts with the staff -- hissed conversations in the hallway and swearing. While I am required to get receipts for my health savings account, the staff declined to give me receipts at the time of my visit, supposedly because they didn't have a printer; they said they could only send them to me later, upon request. Dr. Grillon's office appears to be aware of their poor reviews. Someone started a Facebook page for the practice and then loaded it up with a bunch of reviews, all written on one of two days. These reviews seem designed to counter common complaints that appear in reviews on other sites - pain during procedures and a lack of professionalism. I wouldn't use a veterinary practice that operated this way. read more

I saw Dr. Grillon for a tooth extraction. I went for a consult and gave the Dr. the x-ray. I was consulted for 5 minutes and then he left. I made an appointment for my extraction one month later. I never received a reminder call which was strange. The Friday before my visit I received a FINAL NOTICE for a $125 x-ray charge. I had not received ANY bill prior to this notice and the practice did not even complete my x-ray. I went in that Monday to remove all four of my wisdom teeth. At that point the practice said I didn't have an appointment. At that time, I showed them the incorrect bill and told them I had not received an original bill in the first place so it should not have been given to me not to mention that they had no right to send a claim for my x-ray. If they had done that before my actual dentist got their claim in it would have caused a major billing headache. After strike 1 of incorrect billing and strike 2 of not actually writing down my appointment, they went ahead and made time for me since I had already taken the next few days off work. I went in to have the surgery and due to my stress, my blood pressure was too high to have sedation. I had all four teeth removed with local anesthetic, which I thought was the most it could hurt until he hit my nerve making me almost jump out of the seat. At that time, Dr. Grillon scolded me for jumping and left half of my tooth in. I was given a prescription and sent on my way in just enough time for the pain medicine to wear off. I was given no additional pain medicine at the office. Now it is two months later and I received another FINAL NOTICE with the x-ray still on it and a charge for the whole tooth which they did not actually remove. I wasn't given follow up instructions so I still have two pretty deep holes in my gums and pain. I will not be going back to that office to see what kind of medieval torture and infantile math skills the practice wants to use this time. AVOID this practice. I mean it. read more

This man should not have a practice or a medical license. It is absurd for an oral surgeon to have no emergency line or availability I went to see Dr Grillon and was advised to have all 4 wisdom teeth extracted when I thought i needed a root canal. I also had an infection in my teeth which he didn't bother to investigate and gave me penicilin after the operation. Today I just left a real dentist who took xrays and spoke with me for more than 1 minute to find out I have an abcess under my front teeth and only needed a root canal to clean the teeth out. Of course bc it's been a few days I now how to wait for the abcess to burst and then have it and the tooth cleaned out. Best part, Dr Grillon was randomly out of the office on the Thursday after my surgery. After hearing Dr Grillon argue with his staff over money, his calendar, and difficult patients earlier in the day I am 100% convinced he takes the money people pay up front after insurance and goes to The Baltimore Casino or race track. My dentist was astonished someone could be so unprofessional and careless with a patient. Obviously I should have checked yelp before the appointment but the pain was unbearable. read more

I saw Dr. Grillon for a tooth extraction and it is the least compassionate dental care I' have ever received. During the extraction I did not feel comfortable or safe. He numbed the area so aggressively that I cried, which I never do, and the actual procedure was horrific to watch, which I did, as I was hardly all the way leaned back in my chair. Fortunately the dental assistants were kind and helpful. The way the billing was handled was unprofessional. I was told that the cost for the extraction would be 27 dollars by insurance but was quoted 60 dollars by the woman at the desk. After I told her the amount I had expected to pay she remember a 20 dollar sterilization fee and we settled on 47 dollars. After this she took my credit card while I was in the chair and ran it, as if there was some risk of me not paying before I left. I have to return to this clinic for a post-op check up and I'm dreading it. read more

This man and his blond assistant have the compassion of a wet noodle. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction. I have never had any major work done on my teeth and have never experienced any before. This man never once prepared me or even told me what to expect. He became annoyed with me when I needed to have more novicain because I have a high tolerance to pain killers. When I returned to my follow up visit, he said about 10 words total to me. I had to ask him what he was doing in the back of my mouth since it never occurred to him to tell me so I know what to expect. In addition, when I was in the waiting room, I heard him complain about patients in the waiting room and their insurance. He belittled his receptionist and argued with her. That is not a way to run an office. There was only one assistant who was nice and made me feel comfortable. I recommend that no one use him unless you like pain and torture. read more

Watch out for this practice! Grillon was on call for a cheek fracture when I went to the ER one night. He charged for the phone consult and I was referred to his office for a follow up the next day to make sure my eye was not implicated. (We were in the ER all night, so this visit was a matter of a few hours after we got home.) Dr. himself was ok, and I was told to schedule a follow up in three weeks. Two X-rays and two consults later, I was informed that he was not a participating provider in my insurance network (a large insurer with a broad network). They had my insurance information immediately on the first visit and said not a word. They handed me a huge bill and wanted immediate payment. If not illegal, this is an unethical practice. They said they should have told me, but, sorry, pay up anyway. Save yourself some grief and find someone more straightforward. read more

I agree. Dr. Grillon honestly is the worst dentist. First of all - he's definitely racist. He also seemed sexist. When I saw him he stuck about 12 injections of Novocain in my mouth and he never hit the correct spot because I could feel everything while he extracted a wisdom tooth. Also, he left a piece of the tooth in my gums so he had to reopen the fresh wound in my mouth to try to get it out. After that, he left another piece of the wisdom tooth in my mouth. So now, I have a protrusion in my gums from where the wisdom tooth is still lodged. I would compare my time in his office to.. being a soldier in the middle of a war, in a combat zone. Honestly, I'd rather be in the middle of a war (any war) rather than see him again. He sucks. I should have sued but he's such a stubborn guy I know he'd never pay for damages. read more

My first experience at his office was good. Staff was polite and accomodating to my nuances... (im a germaphobe)... I found Dr. Grillon to be direct and straight to the point. which is something i value in a doc. he was on time and his staff was on time. fyi- he looks younger in person and has a funny mustache...which made me giggle inside. it's a good distraction. he explained my evaluation very clearly. i like that he is all business.... i dont think im having any surgery with him; just getting an oral orthotic appliance to wear. of course- getting surgery would require additional scrutiny. so far, i would go back for additional evals... oh-- you have to pay for parking- no validation. read more

Saw this dentist today because I need 3 teeth pulled. he spent no time with me at all and explained nothing in regards to what would be done. I told him I needed sedation and he balked and started discussing my case openly in front of everyone in the waiting room, despite the staff having told me before to step away from the desk while filling out forms because it protects the patients privacy. then he yelled at me twice for being on my cell phone(simply reading an article) and brought back in something I had signed to remind me it was signed and I cannot use my cell phone in this office. extremely rude. was an hour late for the appointment to begin with. I am also surprised to see less than good reviews for Dr. Grillon. I thought that he was very straightforward and matter of fact when he explained the procedure he was going to do. I was under local anesthesia only, which I was a little nervous about, but it only took him about 10 minutes to remove all 4 of my teeth. I was very grateful for that. My son needed a bump removed from his tongue. The surgeon our dentist recommended takes our dental insurance but turns out this type of procedure was covered under health insurance. Dr. Grillon was the only one within 20 miles on our insurance list (Westminster office). My husband took him last week for consultation and was already really annoyed because they had to wait over 30 minutes in a hot waiting room and the doctor spend maybe 3 minutes with them. Didn't even explain the procedure. Today we were here for the procedure. 1 hour after his scheduled appointment he was finally called in. We stood up to walk in and I was immediately asked to leave again. "Only patients in the procedure room allowed". WTF?? This is a kid who has no idea what's being done to him other than that the bump will be cut out. If at least the doctor had talked to me first, explained what will be done and then asked me to wait in the waiting room, I would have felt much better about it. But nothing. The doctor never talked to me at all and my son told me that he didn't explain any of what he was doing to him during the procedure either. The stitch he put in fell out 2 hours later, which shouldn't have happened. Stay far away from this doctor. The office is tiny, he is understaffed and obviously cares more about the money than the health of his patients. read more

I'm shocked to see not as positive ratings. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out. I thought the doctor was was amazing and handled my scared teen quite nicely. We even had to go back the next day to check on something and he welcomed us back. He is very matter-of-fact. We appreciate his honest, straight-forward approach. I went to Dr. Grillon's office yesterday for the removal of a partial root my dentist wasn't able to remove... and I came out completely in shock!!! I never dreaded going to a dentist my entire life. I know needles hurt but what happened yesterday was beyond words. The doctor's assistant was very nice and caring but once I was seated in the patient's chair, the fun was over. First you had to pay your share of the invoice before the procedure even started. Afterwards, I wanted to ask a few questions concerning implants but they never gave me the chance to speak. Dr. Grillon just said "are you ready" an put a piece of plastic in my mouth and started attacking me by jamming these injections in my mouth, one after the other, NOT caring that it hurt or not. I was in serious pain before it even started. After 5 minutes, he asked me if my tooth was numb and started jamming these tools up the cavity until I cried out from pain...so he added a few more shots, waited 5 more minutes and attacked the root like he didn't care. After the procedure was finished, I had 5 minutes to recuperate and that was it. The doctor mentioned he might have punctured my sinus but would check it next time after a follow up. I also wasn't given any painkiller before going home , not knowing the local anesthesia would wear off within 10 minutes I felt butchered and in total shock. I walked to my car and wasn't able to drive for at least 20 minutes.. Afterwards I cried for 2 hours straight...like I have never cried in my entire life. I wish I checked these other reviews on yelp before going Please avoid going to his office at all cost A day later some of my friends brought up the fact that he might not like gay people. AWFUL!!!!! Have extreme anxiety anytime have to go to dentist...normally I go to sedation dentistry (North Carolina) I have state Insurance-three extractions and nitrous (nitrous is $150!!) cost me $600 total. The nitrous was supposedly on the entire time although I'm felt ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I have had nitrous before the tank was not on in my opinion it was completely oxygen NO NITROUS! I had major anxiety and panic attacks rather than try to calm me down they told me I was overreacting it was not a big deal it was nothing Well to me it was a big deal! WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!! They were rude from the moment I walked in and the dental assistant acted like she could care less about my mouth teeth etc as if she has better things to do. BITCH! She made me feel like she thought she was better than me and I was a crybaby over reacting and did not give a f*ck.. she barely spoke to me. The doctor was an asshole no empathy would not even listen to me about anything raised his voice at me for raising my hands when all I was trying to do was explain my tongue was being jabbed and major pain. As a Dental Hygienist who was referred to Dr. Grillon for "Bilateral Sagittal Split" and bone graft, from my hip to my lower left jaw a few years ago ,I can only rate him a -10!!!!!! He lied to me about previous experiences in this complicated surgery and was totally incompetent I believe he has little knowledge or skill. Must have been sleeping in class!!!! Perhaps he is capable of simple extractions???? I found him arrogant, and a liar with a big smile! He has been the cause of many TMJ and tooth loss for me. I had a full referral to see Dr. Grillon. He refused to do more than a consult without charging me over $700 in cash first even though I was in pain and needed a biopsy of my tongue. I had taken the day off work and driven out of state for the appointment. When I told my insurance company they said that was illegal fraud and my consult covered consult AND treatment so the biopsy and blood work WERE covered!, and he is an in network provider so I filed a grievance. He also charged me $225 additional for blood work down the hall which was supposed to be included with treatment. I am a military widow with 6 kids living on disability. I had to borrow this money from a relative and pay it back. Tricare Prime is helping me but Dr. Grillon's office continues to argue with me and put me on hold and hang up on me. I get no where with them. I also found them impatient and the Doctor does not give much in the way of time or explanation. They are all about the money, and not handling referrals correctly or legally. Find someone more ethical and caring please. I had very invasive surgery soon after this appointment and could not go out of the house looking decent for two months, Dr. Grillon's office refused to give me my biopsy results by phone, and in fact scared me by saying I needed to come in even though I could not drive being wrapped in bandages from my neck up and on pain medication. I tried to ask them if it was cancer or if I could afford to wait a few months for the results, and the office was very evasive with me and would not answer. Finally I was so worried that I took a cab there a long distance wrapped in scarves and head wraps and bruised and nauseated from an unrelated surgery because I was so concerned. Dr. Grillon saw me for 3 minutes just barely long enough to tell me the biopsy was fine and my tongue just had abrasions on it. I spent a lot of time and money for a simple answer and even more time and money for a simple procedure and they still have not refunded me and continue to put me on hold and hang up on me. This Doctor has 2 offices and I went to one in Westminster and it was so disgusting and unsanitary that I almost walked out. It was only 11a.m. And the trash cans were full with bloody gauze and dust bunnies in every corner. For my consultation he came in looked at my tooth and walked out. Nothing was said about what he was planning to do or what it would be like. He had to take a separate X-ray because they didn't bring mine for my appointment. The front desk staff were calling him a hot mess while I was in the waiting room and saying that he is driving them Fuc?!?!? Crazy. Due to my insurance only covering a few dentist in the area I really had no choice. I decided to make my appointment to have my tooth pulled at his Bethesda office hoping it would be more sanitary. Luckily it was and he pulled my tooth and sent me on my way with no explanation of the care. I called his office 4 days later because I had a blood blister form in my mouth that I was concerned about and was told they would page him and he would call me, well he never did! I had all my wisdom teeth extracted in April 2010 by Dr. Grillon. He has offices in Bethesda and Westminster, MD. Not only did he fail to properly anaesthetize me, I found his communication, lack of compassion and bedside manner to be the worst. I was in so much pain during the procedure - shaking, crying and hyperventilating, and Dr. Grillon did not stop to calm or talk to me except to rudely tell me I shouldn't have jumped in the chair when I felt pain. I requested gas, and he refused telling me it would still hurt. He immediately left the room after pulling my last wisdom tooth. I had my dentist remove my stitches for fear of going back to Dr. Grillon. If you have been referred to Dr. Grillon, I urge you to see another oral surgeon. I've filed a complaint against him with the state licensing department, as well as rated this doctor on as many internet sites as possible. There is no rating given because this practice should be closed down. No one should have to experience the unprofessional nightmare this practice is from the moment you walk through the door. The extremely unfriendly and rude receptionist to the unkind and rough dental assistant , still doesn't even begin to touch the the cold, uncaring and barbaric treatment the Dr. inflicted during a 4 wisdom (impacted, no less) teeth extraction. Never seemed to care that everything was being felt, considering much bodily and verbal protest (as much as one can with hands and instruments in your mouth),was being displayed. The numbness never took or the the twilight sleep, but the work to yank and break and leave a piece of tooth in did. Pain and swelling that took place even 6 days later was unbelievable. The follow up visit was not any better, except of course, NEVER having to go back. PLEASE do yourself a favor, do NOT EVEN consider going to Dr. Grillon, if you are lucky enough to read reviews before you pick the Dr. to trust with your health. read more

This "doctor" and his practice are a joke. I wouldnt rate them a one star! So unprofessional with how he speaks to patiences and his staff. The staff are just as rude. When you call they do not put you on hold, instead they hold the phone and then talk to Dr. Grillon who uses profanity and then they will come back on the line and talk to you as if nothing was heard. They say they cant print invoices when you are there because they dont have computers in their office. You have to wait a week. A week later somehow you get a printout of your invoice. Did that magically appear? Who works in Bethesda (or the USA) and doesnt have a computer in their office? He doesnt allow anyone behind the door of the waiting room other than the patient. Even if they are under age. If I were taking my son there and he wanted to see my son alone first that would never happen and secondly why???? He has no bedside matters at all. He doesnt even try to be gentle with you. We can only thank Suburban Hospital for the lousy referral. They actually use him as their specialist. Must know someone on the board because he sucks.
