Now for the food: The Original Burger (with Swiss substituted for cheddar): Absolute home run. The patty is infused with actual chunks of bacon, every bite was hot, juicy, and packed with flavor. I was in search of a breakfast/brunch option when I happened to spot their truck and decided to give them a try. They offer both sweet and savory crepes. They had a few savory offerings including the Caramelized Bacon Crepe which was perfect for my brunch craving. It had brown sugar bacon, spinach, mozzarella, and scrambled eggs. They gave me a pager after ordering. I started to walk around the festival thinking it would be a long wait, but it couldn't have been more than 5 minutes at most when the pager went off. The crepe was so good! The crepe itself was soft with crispy edges. The bacon was sweet, salty, smoky, and savory which I absolutely loved! It was so delicious and filling and held me over for most of the day. In addition to crepes, they sell cookie butter beignets as well as tea and lemonade.
