Her office runs like a finely oiled machine. She keeps appointment times. Her office staff call you back quickly and they care as much as Dr. Adelman does. Her staff is fabulous just like Dr. Adelman! Dr. Adelman bends over backwards to ensure her patients get the best possible care and in the most timely manner. If I was old enough to see her, I would. I asked, but she only takes geriatric patients and I'm not quite old enough yet. But she helped me find a great doctor in the same network. She cares deeply and she listens. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Adelman and her entire staff. They treat you like family.

He refused MRI testing on me for a new problem that he mansplained was an old injury. In recent years he looked tired and sometimes like he just woke up. He's very robotic and pretends to care but really doesn't. He thinks that reading the computer screen is taking time to explain to you. He's dismissive. If you push him for care (testing) the curated nice tone of voice and nice guy mask drops and he has no problem asserting his MD power over you to make you feel small and disarm you to feel powerless. Anyone that gives him a good review must not have chronic illness and goes for routine annual exams or a flu. You can tell he is just an MD employee for Facey. Caring more for protocols and quotas than individual plan of care. Facey the medical group is priority over the patient care. Office staff was fair. Witnessed them a few times talking negatively about patients.

Changed primary care providers and had an apportionment booked with the new doctor that same day. Clearly she does not care about patients. Run far away from the dr office

I understand that businesses have rules, and in the case of healthcare the majority of those rules are governed by insurance. But that doesn't mean you can't be helpful. Have a question? Well you better know the answer. What are the other options? They won't tell you. They have to cancel your appointment? Do you want to reschedule? You can call the scheduling line. They cancelled my appointment and then when I asked if I could reschedule they told me that I had to call the scheduling line? What?!? I'm standing in your office. When I pointed out that this was a long wait for someone with issues he wants looked at, the person on the phone said they were "Focusing on their existing patients." So my question is: which one is it? Taking new patients (in a way that isn't a prohibitive delay) or not? I spoke to Aetna about how to get service, and the person on the phone said she was disappointed that so many providers were claiming to accept new patients but often not making many appointments available for new patients. Again, they were assigned me as a patient, but talk to me like I'm a second class citizen.

Make an appointment and your wait times will be very short; don't be entitled and just walk-in hoping they will jump through every hoop to see you right away (this is NOT an Urgent Care facility).
