I called a Heating and Air-conditioning Company in the nearby town of Benton. That company sent a technician out to the property and told me that the "Heating Exchange Unit" in my furnace had a crack and they would have to replace the furnace, at a whopping cost of $2,900. I decided to get a second opinion and I contacted "Home Advisor" to get some names of Heating repair companies. About five minutes later, Michelle who is the Office Administrator Assistant for "Quality Air Care" called me back. I explained to her that I live in Reno, Nevada and really would like to have a second opinion. Michelle was such a wonderful and caring lady and she offered to send out one of their technicians for a second opinion at no charge. To my amazement, Shawn Covey called me back immediately after he went out to the property and informed me that there is no leak in the heating exchange unit! He told me that someone was tampering with the unit and they were trying to wedge a screwdriver into the heating unit to cause a leak! He is sending me pictures that he took. He is also sending me a written statement about what he discovered, regarding the tampering. Shawn, I cannot thank you enough for your honesty! These people are good, decent people who could have easily cost me thousands of dollars for replacing the heating unit. They are so very honest and I am so very grateful for people like them. The owner never called. He does not answer his business phone AT ALL, EVER! He has a voice mail that states if you have an emergency to leave a message and a tech will get back with you. That is a huge joke! He also owns another business with the same name, Quality, and even though his business Facebook page shows that it's open, he doesn't answer that phone either. It's the same message with never any call back. People, please find someone else to handle your business!

Ayers Electrical was called to look at our ac unit. They were here very next day, wasnt an…read moreemergency. After accessing our old unit Kirk, owner, gaves us the news with options. He could repair the unit, about $1800 however our unit still used the R22 , which is being phased out. This could not be warranted as the unit is old but that is an option . The other option was to get a new unit which we chose. He gave us a heck of a price. He and Courtney did an excellent ​ job​. The install went in flawlessly. I appreciate that they picked everything up when they were done, left it as they found it. Kirk followed up the next day. Also said he will be out in about a week to check the system again. We have a new unit w/ warranty for an awesome price and GREAT customer service!!! We would highly recommend this company!
